Bill is wonderful- I wouldn’t have been a return customer THREE times if not! He makes the process quick, efficient, and painless. No games, just listens to what would work for you and respects that. Everyone I’ve encountered at Heritage Ford has also been warm and welcoming. I’m in my dream vehicle thanks to Bill and when it’s time to upgrade again, I’ll be back.

From the time I went online to walking in the door everyone was pleasant, made you feel like you were welcome in the dealership. Salesman were happy and very helpful. During financing process was well informed, was not rushed at all.
