Rich Burdich was the salesman that helped me through the whole process, and it was a PROCESS. I'm from a different state but Falveys was in possession... of a sportscar with the exact specs that I wanted, so I made the trip, and it was well worth the miles. I was at Falveys on a very busy Saturday. Everyone was very courtesy. My salesman was Rich Burdick. He was extremely patient and helpful. I PURCHASED... A 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited. Rich explained everything thoroughly in words you could understand. When I picked up my new vehicle, he explained each paper I had to signore for financing and registration. He assisted me with programing my new vehicle and explained each feature. I was extremely satisfied with Rich and would not hesitate to recommend him and Falveys to a friend.

Found a vehicle online that I liked, they followed up and scheduled a test drive and I was sold on the test drive. Ossie was kind and thorough with his... explanations. The credit experience could have been more efficient and effective. I am not a fan of shoving a client from one person to another; I think that they should show what lenders were contacted, what they offered and why the dealership selected one over the other and I think that the documentation prep could be quicker and more effecient. If the salespersons had tablets linked to the server, information could be entered once, checked for errors and omissions and used to create loan and credit documentation and sales and service records. In my opinion, a relatively small investment in technology could greatly enhance customer service .
