I recently purchased an Audi A6 from Import Auto. This was far and away the best car buying experience I've ever had. I literally felt treated as if I was buying an expensive piece of fine art. Meticulous attention to detail describes every aspect of this business. Import Auto clearly has very high standards for the quality and condition of each car on the lot. Patrick and his staff demonstrated exceptional customer focus through every step of the process. The vehicle was meticulously cleaned and prepared for pickup. His team performed a thorough inspection of the vehicle and provided a detailed report that even included brake and tire wear measurements. I highly recommend Import Auto to anyone in search of a quality pre-owned foreign car.

The owner Patrick was easy to work with, he is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He doesn't play games and is upfront. When communicating with Import the responses were prompt and direct which made the whole process very quick with no surprises at all. I purchased a hard to find car in great condition from him for a spectacular price. I couldn't find a similar quality vehicle in a 150 mile radius and his price was unbeatable. The BMW was put through a safety check, oil and filter change as well as detailing before I picked it up a day after purchasing. Honestly I couldn't have been happier with Import Auto and the experience I had there. I dealt with lots of other used car dealers and large dealers and I got really tired of the games and the lack of integrity. I highly recommend Import Auto.

Pat and his wife were very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to the whole buying process. Starting with the car itself to completing the paperwork for the purchase, it was a very smooth and enjoyable process. The car is beautiful as is the rest of the inventory.
