Kindness
I recently received an oil change and tire rotation at another Nissan dealership. The service was poor. I did not receive detailed multipoint inspection as I received at Orland park location. I do not recall the name of my service representative but he was kind, PATIENT and attentive. I will have my car again at Nissan in Orland Park.

Excellent service Orland Park
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The car was done and washed in a very timely manner. Tony was very helpful and went over my multi point inspection and helped me understand it all. I would highly recommend this service department in Orland Park and grateful to Tony for all his help.

Adam at your service.
My service rep, Adam, was one of the nicest and most informative reps I have encountered. He explained in detail what the service report stated, and he said I needed a cabin filter which I did. He brought the bill out and at that point I told him I had a service agreement and would it cover all work. He apologized for not checking, went back and checked it out. I did have to pay for the filter,, but the oil change was covered. He asked for my key and moved my car closer because I am on a cane! What more can I say? I got service done and a representative that should make Ziegler Nissan proud. His quality of service makes me want to come back, and I will!

No reservation No problem
Came in for an oil change without a reservation due to the oil change warning light coming on, on my way from work the night before. I was taken care of some what quickly. I love the inspections that were done to let me know of any problems that need addressed sooner or later. So far just tires. Thanks Zeigler Nissan service team.
