Very Professional and courteous Knowledgeable, friendly. He kept me up to date with service. He Offered me coffee. Showed me where restroom. He made feel that I could trust him.

Finally great service is back

Carly was the BEST! Explained everything, timely responses and very easy to work with. I will go back to Carly for sure! Honestly I stopped going there for a while because the “Service with a smile” went away. So much better

Very personable

Very personable,I brought in my car several times not every time has been as good as this time I keep bringing my car back in because there’s more times good than bad my service advisor was very good and thorough and I will continue to bring my car in for an oil change

Experience At Dealership

Car was struggling to start. I really am uncomfortable taking the vehicle to just anywhere so I decided to take it to where I purchased it. I was on the phone explaining my very difficult situation to Tony. He encouraged me to bring it in. I just knew I wouldn’t be seen for at least a couple days or so. To My surprise, Tony availed Me to come in the same day. What a relief. It also allowed me to see my salesman Kyle. Found out after having the fella’s check it that it was time for a battery replacement. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to take care of it at the dealership ( finances ). But I was still blessed, given a quote, advice and a complimentary wash. I even was able to briefly catch up with my salesman Kyle. In a perfect world, I would’ve had the funding to take care of it at the dealership with peace of mind. Things will get better, and I am still grateful for not what didn’t happen, but for what did happen and the assistance that was availed to me. Thank you kindly. Marlon

Excellent Service That I Trust

I was and remain thoroughly pleased with the service repair of my car by Ziegler. Carly was just wonderful receiving my towed in car, doing an immediate diagnostic of what was needed and assisting me with filling my claim with my insurance company. They assisted with securing me a rental to drive while the car was in repair. Carly kept me updated and was easy to contact when I had questions. I love the service and thoughtfulness and was impressed with Carly’s kindness. I will certainly have Zeigler service my car in the future until I buy a new car and should I buy another Nissan in the future I am inclined to buy it from Zeigler Nissan. Because I am confident in the maintenance servicing of my car, I feel confident driving it and I won’t have problems on the road, which is very important to me being a senior female.
