I have been a customer of Stamford Toyota for over 10 years (worked in Stamford). I do not work in Stamford but drive over 35 miles just to go to Toyota of Stamford. They work with you to schedule an appointment at your convenience. The Service Advisors Ken Sherwood and Bryan provide me with honest feedback regarding repairs to my car. I never worry about having un needed repairs. Quality of service from both gentlemen excellent. They communicate what may be wrong and alternative solutions.

I have been using Benji Buckle, of Toyota of Stamford, for many years. At first I purchased cars, however as I got older I wanted a new car every three years. Friday I went in to look at the Toyota Camry cars and drove home with exactly what I wanted. The salesman, Benji Buckle, was such a help in getting this taken care of in a professional and impeccable way. I have always been pleased with the Camry, the Service department, and my salesman who represents Toyota very well.

My experience leasing 2017 Toyota Highlander at Toyota of Stamford was great! Steve, the Internet Sales Manager, was easy to work with. He provided me via internet with all information needed to make a decision. The first time I saw him, was at the time of delivery of the new vehicle. Chris Nyqust our previous sales person help us get settled with Ron Cruz to help us with our new/preowned purchase. We had allot of things to take into consideration but Ron just really helped us by showing us all the options. Letting us sit in them drive them whatever it took. Chris, Ron, and Michelle made our new car purchase seemless. Ron went above and beyond he took care of things from setting up all the financing and getting our insurance papers from State Farm. We couldn't pick it up when it was ready due to a previous commitment so Ron came in on his day off just to make sure we could pick up the car even on his day off. Great overal dealership! Met Steven DeFelice running into him in my work. I spoke to him and was 100% into idea of purchasing 2017 Toyota RAV4 from first day I met him. Kept in touch with him over a year until the day I was aiming to purchase vehicle. I was extremely confident in his work at Toyota and I fell in love with the RAV4.
