NO STARS Dishonest and untrustworthy. Complete your negotiation and the shell game begins Price of a certified used car is not as listed on the website. $1000 addl for certifying. In NYS the cap on documentation fee is $175 - they made one up - $850. Finally settled on a price then discovered THREE substantial issues with the car before driving off the lot. One was due to a recall - never fixed. So how do they possibly claim a 'rigorous 170 point inspection' for a certified vehicle? Demanded a refund and left. My salesman, Axel, offered a sincere apology, the sale manager - nothing. Stay Away They dont deserve your business

Horrendous.
Horrendous. Dishonest and u trustworthy. Neve had an experience like this before. Returned the car before driving off the lot STAY AWAY! This dealership does not deserve your business.

Just to follow up - General Sales Manager states my review is quite disheartening and invites me to reach out to him directly so he can understand more about what happened and restore my confidence. I wait a full week for my cash payment to be refunded to my bank account and during that time, I reached out to the General Sales Manager and two other managers in an effort to check up / speed up the process. I asked each to please return my phone call. None did. Finally the original sales rep called to relay the message. So much for working to make things right. STAY AWAY.

I go 35 minutes further than dealerships near me to have my car serviced because the Service Department from Tom and his mechanics are the best. I f you don’t think so go to another dealer and you will be back at Lynne’s

Our experience was poor to say the least.
Our experience was poor to say the least. We had a coupon for a check engine diagnostics for $99.00 straight from their website that they did not honor. We informed them of the coupon as soon as we spoke to somebody from the service department at the write up. Once we had the car towed in and they looked at it the guy ( Tom) on the phone said that the check engine diagnostics would be over 500 dollars just to look at the car. We didn't understand how the price could jump so high just to tell us the issue with the car. The service dept then quoted the work on the car which was not an issue. What was strange to us was the service dept doesn't have listed prices anywhere so it makes us believe the prices vary by customer and not by the work that needs to be done. We came in on a Wednesday to speak with the service dept and were told we had to wait for the guy who wrote up the work until we could get our car another. We then asked him how much it would be to take our car and he quoted $360 which was very different from Tom. We ended up paying close to 400 for them to look at the car. We had the car towed home to discover that they took the car apart (engine) and left it completely unassembled. I have taken my car to plenty of dealerships/ mechanics and have never had it returned in pieces. I would not recommend this service dept. We called to complain and never received a call back.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! After a bad experience about a month ago, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and took my car to get a transmission replaced (See my previous review on this place). Long story short, I was given a loaner and was charged a security fee on my credit card. I returned the loaner on May 15th and was told that the person that issues a refund was not there and that the refund would be done very next morning. Today is May 21st and I still have not received a refund nor have they processed it! After spending over 1 hour on the phone trying to get someone to help me (which by the way was a nightmare because they kept transferring me or directing me to a voicemail) I received a callback and I was told that this would be done either today or tomorrow and It would take up to 10 business days to clear. It is interesting that I needed to pay the same day to get the loaner out but in order to get my refund I HAVE TO TRACK THEM DOWN FOR IT!!! Let's see how much longer I have to wait...

My experience at this car dealership was beyond
My experience at this car dealership was beyond frustrating and was an absolute joke. We spent almost 2 hours discussing options and pricing with a salesperson who seemed genuinely helpful. But Bill Pacilli, the pre-owned sales manager who makes the final call came in last minute and flipped the script, tacking on an extra $2,000 to the price we'd discussed. Talk about a bait-and-switch scam! Not only that, but the manager's attitude was downright rude. Save yourself the headache and don’t waste your precious time at this dishonest establishment. They’ll ruin your day’s mood and leave you seething with anger.

I want to thank Mr. Thomas in the service department for always giving me excellent service. My vehicle stop in the middle of traffic after my sister was driving it, I called Mr. Thomas and he set me up for service. I was very pleased after being upset with my Santa Fe truck stalling out and just recovering from double knee surgery. Mr. Thomas and service department made sure my check in and service went smoothly. Thank you again for excellent customer service.
