Our family has been loyal to Bell Audi of Edison for many years. This is due to amazing service and quality safe cars. The atmosphere is upbeat, professional and you feel like family. Bobby Seraji provided us with an excellent experience buying our new SQ8. He made the process smooth & easy. Both business managers Eric Feldman & Rennoy Moore are highly knowledgeable with finances, trades & warranty information. The brand specialist Jason Skolnick was helpful with detailed advice as well. We recommend using Bell Audi.

Maintenance people are so rude and so unhelpful I was

Maintenance people are so rude and so unhelpful I was there for over 2 hours because no one told me what i was supposed to do and then he comes by and says "you guys are supposed to talk to someone" in the rudest tone ever, like you didn't tell me that, and I don't look old enough to look like I know what I'm doing either.

Very good dealership, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Nice renewed salon with decent variety of cars. Have been their customer for 10 years and always very satisfied with them.

If you are buying a used car, insist on your own

If you are buying a used car, insist on your own financing as the dealer tacks on 2% higher than what you can get from working directly with your bank. In addition, they charge $1000 in administrative costs for a used car which is ridiculous!

Will do. In addition to the $1000 administrative costs, and 2% add-on in financing, the inspection sticker was removed from the vehicle that I purchased. I’ll be happy to discuss some suggestions on what can be done to have a better customer experience from a former loyal customer perspective.

This dealership does not value brand or dealership

This dealership does not value brand or dealership loyalty after 18 years between my sisters and I. My sisters lease had 2 recalls when it was time for the lease to be up not one sales person reached out nor returned her calls. The General Manager seems to forget his roots as her first sales person and mine. I asked for the owners contact information they will not give it to you. Everything is rainbows and unicorns when they are trying to get you to lease or finance a car after that you are on your own. Very disappointing for a luxury brand dealership Audi in itself is a fantastic car it’s just not represented well by Bell Audi
