This is not an issue that you can resolve. This is over your head, a discussion directly with Bell Audi owner needs to be had. I was given bad information to the point where I almost changed an engine in the car I purchased from you only to find out it was the AC compressor that seized I almost spent thousands of dollars! I still spent thousands between tows, parts and finally fixing the xxxx car! Your people do not know what they are doing!!! SHAME ON YOU!

Worst car experience I have ever had.

Worst car experience I have ever had. My address is wrong on the documents. I was told tha I can go to dmv and change it once I have the registration. My sales person is ghosting me. My temp tag is running out and I have no registration. The sales manager is not returning my call. Run out of this dealer! Unprofessional

Clarence Evans is not only a great salesperson, he is one

Clarence Evans is not only a great salesperson, he is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I have purchased 4 Audi vehicles through him. He has always been honest and transparent about all aspects of the sales process. I have always hated the car buying process until I met Clarence Evans. He was never pushy, nor did he ever give me phony and insulting "talking points" during the sales process. Clarence Evans is the best !
