I have purchased many cars from phillips..I drive right by Webb and Apple chevrolet..They have attitude problems..Phillips is easy to deal with..They also have a very good service center..

I have been trying to trade my old car in for awhile and every dealership I went to wouldn’t even give me the time of Day. My fiancé was working on my car at our home when we ran into our neighbor Jarrell handing out his business cards. He told me he worked at Phillips and encouraged us to stop by to see what we can do. I walked into Phillips with the mindset of walking out of there with nothing but Jarrell as well as Mike took the time to really help me and put me in the car of my choice. You two men are a God sent and I really could not have gotten my dream car without you both. I thank you for not turning me away and for going above and beyond.

We went in to Phillips Chevrolet Frankfort, after viewing their huge SUV selection online. I noticed that not only were their prices resonable, but most of the cars came with a nice warrenty. I found out my in laws had also purchased their new car there a few years ago. I was contacted by Brandan, their internet sales person right away. He sounded like a very nice guy. When we came in for a test drive we were quickly greeted by front desk and Lynn their sales agent. She was very friendly and very interested to know what we were looking for.

I came in to just look at a car figuring i wouldnt get approved. I worked with Paul Bellisario just to run numbers. And I ended up with a brand new Malibu!!!! Not only was Paul patient and kind he also was very kind to my daughter . Because of his professionalism my sister decided to get a car too!

The pricing is very confusing, they get you in the door with one price , but the price of the vehicle out the door is nowhere close. Trying to get written copies of price quotes with all the charges in black & white is like pulling teeth. I asked for the copies of purchase agreement with & without trade- in , I only got the copy of the purchase agreement without trade-in.I don't believe this is unique to this dealership, its happened with most dealerships. I wish they were more upfront about pricing and explained fully all the charges without asking(demanding) . I had hoped this dealership would be different, they were not!

Paul was a very knowledgeable salesman. He was able to work with my wants and needs for my vehicle purchase. He worked hard for me to get some extras that I wanted as well. Absolutely fantastic service by Paul. As always, I love being a part of the Phillips family.

Warren was patient with me for months as we worked to find the right fit car and a car that fit within my budget. Good job Warren.

I love this dealership it was the best. The best things are the workers and the prices the workers were very nice and the car were in a affordable price.

Chris Baxendale was great. Had a price in mind. All said and done----we were apart by only a few dollars. The dealership had the vehicle I wanted. In a couple of hours I was out of there. Chris worked to get me all the discounts I could get. I bought an Equinox and so far I could not be happier. Received a couple of courtesy calls after sale to get my impressions and wanted to know if all was OK. Very professional.
