I had a wonderful experience at this Audi Dealership. My Salesperson Kristian Klouda and the Finance Manager, Anthony Riccardi made it possible for me to have such a luxurious car. Anthony Riccardi recommended the full warranty Audi Care, which I would recommend to every Audi owner. I had such a great experience at this dealership that I would recommend my friends, family and my own customers to purchase their cars from this dealership tpo. It was a pleasure to work with Kristian; he was very honest, upfront and always responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. Most importantly, Kristan gave me the best price on my lease compared to any other dealership. He made the purchasing experience comfortable, hassle-free and pleasurable. The sales environment at this Audi dealership is very professional. They offer the best prices compared to other dealerships and most impressively the salespeople were not pushy or overly aggressive.

I like in NYC but just purchased my second Audi from Town Motors. They have a very low key approach to sales, but work very efficiently once a decision is made. My CPO A7 is like new, and I feel that I got the right car at a good price. Jerry is a pleasure to work with.

My car buying experience with Kristian K & Anthony R is great 5 stars! About 6 months before I bought my car, Audi USA sent me a letter that they will pay me to test drive a new car so I went to Town Audi-Englewood. I spoke to Kristian and told him I'm not yet interested in buying a car at this time. And he was still very polite and helpful for my test drive. My wife and my daughter really liked the car that we tested. Went home afterwards and there was no pressure from Kristian or Anthony to buy a car. I also visited and contacted other Audi dealership in my area when the right time came to buy a car. But still came back to Town Audi. I always came prepared, I knew my credit score, my bank's interest rate, the trade in value of my car and how much other people are paying from my iPhone app. Kristian gave me a better deal than anybody else. None of that "Let me talk to my manager first.." I told him I want a Q7 tdi Premium plus, cold weather package and with a few clicks on his computer he found me the right car that I need, at the price that I want. Such a great guy, he even went to my home to bring some papers that was needed to be signed for my trade in car. Can't comment yet on Service Dept., but I will in a couple of weeks when I bring my car for regular service.

I recently purchased a 2014 Q7 from this dealership. Originally we made the trip out to Englewood merely to see a lot of different cars in a condensed geographic area and we had no intention to actually purchase a vehicle in Englewood. However, upon meeting JERRY FORHECZ I was so struck by his professionalism, excellent customer service, undying patience, in-depth knowledge of the vehicles, and calm and kind demeanor, that we only wanted to give our business to Jerry. From the beginning to the end of our experience, this dealership - including Jerry and his manager (Anthony Riccardi) has been a pleasure to deal with. In addition to the sales department, we have also now used the service department several times and they have also been courteous, professional, and dependable. I can't say enough about how excellent Jerry and Anthony are to work with!

I must say this I'm from New York and very skeptical of car sales person ,and before I went to Town Audi I've been doing my research on the Q7. I've been to Greenwich Audi( too stuffy), I've also been to Audi of Manhattan. And after all this I emphatically went to Town Audi. There sales team especially Kristian Klouda was very helpful. His manager Anthony Riccardi also pitched in a great deal to help make my buying experience a very smooth and easy one. I totally love my Q7 and have already convinced my aunt to get the 2015 A4 from Town. Audi's are just the best vehicles around. I never write reviews but felt compelled to share my experience. Trust me even the valets are great.
