I live in NYC so when I was searching for another vehicle I naturally sought out NYC dealerships. Big mistake, the amount of people that shop at NYC car dealerships lead to an array of rude and unknowledgeable sales people. Eventually my sojourn of car dealerships lead me to Honda of Tenafly. First of all, the salesman who assisted me, Herbie Rosario was friendly, attentive and patient. I’m sure when I went in there I came off as a little worn out. He was so amazing! I bought my CPO Honda Odyssey from him and it was a breeze! He took the stress completely away. I would HIGHLY recommend Honda of Tenafly to anyone! It’s family owned and obviously has people with family values running it.

I sat with Arnold and two hours later I walked out with my new car. Although financing agent was really busy, he made himself available so that I didn't have to come back.Great job A!

Manny, who was new, followed in the same manner and was great to deal with in the Finance Department.

When I showed up and met Vega I immediately liked him. He was pleasant, courteous and attentive. He showed me the car I came to look at (which was a used vehicle and super clean), took a test drive with me and during that drive I got the impression he was a decent man. The deal went well, I was kind of hard on him but he was a pro from start to finish. I’d buy another car from him and Honda of Tenafly again tomorrow if I needed one. Herbie was helpful, understood our needs, patient and trustful. We came to buy a used Honda and fell in love with a Jeep. We even get a pretty fair trade-in deal for our old Honda Odyssey. Everything went smooth and all the paperwork was done by Honda. Great service. ! Herbie was very nice during the whole process.
