I came in hoping to lease a Civic. Herbie was very...

I came in hoping to lease a Civic. Herbie was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the vehicle in a way that was accessible for me but differentiated his explanation to also address the concerns of my more knowledge father who accompanied me to the dealership. While exploring the mileage and pricing options, Herbie was very patient and thoroughly explained everything in a way that was friendly and professional. When I came in to pick up the vehicle Herbie was very patient and helpful with the insurance difficulties I was encountering. As a young customer shopping for a car, I was very uneasy but Herbie did a great job explaining everything to me and putting me at ease without pressuring me to purchase anything that didn't suite my needs. The entire experience was exciting and done quickly and easily. Herbie is an excellent professional and salesman. It is also noteworthy that his sense of humor regarding my very old trade-in vehicle was greatly appreciated.

This is the 5th Honda we have purchased from D&C...

This is the 5th Honda we have purchased from D&C Honda of Tenafly; the fourth Honda purchased from Herbie Rosario. Herbie makes car buying a pleasurable experience. He is not pushy, really knows his cars and the car's benefits and features. he let's you decide what car and features you want or need and is there for professional guidance. We have found the whole experience excellent, we also use D&C Honda of Tenafly for service. Everyone we have to work with is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Of course the cars are great, but everyone knows that Hondas pretty much sell themselves; even so, we don't even consider going elsewhere because they make it such a positive experience.

As a first-time buyer I couldn't have asked for a more pleasurable experience. Herbie was very knowledgeable with the cars on the lot and assisted me in narrowing down my options. Assisted me through every aspect of the sale, and made me feel comfortable that I was making the correct decision and that I was given the best offer. We recently leased a new Honda CRV from Honda of Tenafly,...

We recently leased a new Honda CRV from Honda of Tenafly, our 3rd from this dealership. Our experience was pleasant and satisfying. Herbie Rosario was the salesman who worked with us, leading us through the process in a clear, easy and stress-free way. He took the time to fully explain our options and patiently answered our questions. We got the car we wanted and at a very good price. His manager, Don Dwan, was also a pleasure to work with and tracked down a car with the color schemes and options we wanted in no time. Mike Huh in finance completed the transaction for us in a cheerful and informative way. We would not hesitate to recommend Herbie and Honda of Tenafly to friends and family. There is an excellent chance we will be back in a few years to lease our 4th Honda from this dealership.

Excellent customer service!

I went to Honda of Tenafly to trade in my 2006 Nissan Maxima for a newer Honda. Greg from the internet department took very good care of me. He was very professional and honest and did all that he could to get me the best deal possible. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. I am extremely grateful and very excited about my new 2013 Honda Civic! Thanks Greg and Honda of Tenafly!

I went to Honda of Tenafly to trade in my 2006 Nissan Maxima for a newer Honda. Greg was my salesperson and I am so very glad that he was. He was extremely professional and honest and did all that he could to accommodate me and get me the best deal possible. He was very attentive and explained everything perfectly and made the whole process so unbelievably smooth and easy. I would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

New tires (service)

Came in for new front tires, and although it was first thing in the morning, everyone was very polite and helpful. We got everything set and the car was taken in and worked on. They offered complimentary bagles and coffee, and the waiting room was packed at 7:30 am. No one was complaining, and the chairs were very comfy to relax in. The car was finished when promised and very smooth no hassle check out. I highly recommend Tenafly, as I tried to make an appointment with the other dealer on 17 in Ramsey, and they are to say the least not helpful or friendly.

Herbie and the staff at Tenafly Honda went above and beyond what you would expect at a car dealership. I have dealt with Herbie for many years and purchased numerous cars from Tenafly. My daughter wanted a specific car and Herbie took the time to find exactly the car we wanted. The pricing on the vehicle was what I was looking to pay, so all worked out. Great Service, Very good Customer service

I cannot say anything else to Mr. Herbie but a big bigThank you! He was very good in explaining all kinds of stuff about cars and really had patience to us because we are first time buyers.
