Amazing Salesperson Couteous and Honest!

Arnold Bang made our experience pleasant. He was very friendly and patient no pressure. Traded in a mini cooper clubman for the HR-V LX. He was so helpful and honest with the trade. He explained every detail. I will highly recommend Arnold and Honda of Tenafly. So happy with the HR-V. Thank you Arnold:)

Best experience at a dealership

This is my 2nd least through Honda Tenafly. Herbie was amazing and patient . He managed to find a car that met my needs and kept it in my budget when other places told me it wasn't possible . It's a good feeling not playing the number game and knowing they're there for your best interest not just a sale .

Great Service-great Car

This is the 5th Honda I have had from D & C. I always go back because of the quality of the car and the professionalism of the staff. I worked with Herbie Rosario who is the consumate professional. My lease was coming to an end and he made the process for a new lease quite easy. Herbie was most knowledgable, friendly and precise. He made the experience a pleasurable one. My compliments to Herbie and D & C

No Pressure !

We bought our eldest son his first car two years ago and Arnold was very accommodating and calm. This time, we got another car for our second son and the same calmness and patience Arnold showed us during the conversation. He appears to be very sincere with his dealings. We will definitely look for him again when our youngest will have her turn to get a car of her own. Kudos to Arnold Bang!

Courteous and Honest Service

I bought my first Accord in 2011 from Honda of Paramus and was now looking to trade in my car for another Accord. I went to Honda of Paramus first to shop around but I was disappointed with the quote, lukewarm customer service and lack of vehicles matching what I was looking for. When I received a friendly call Honda of Tenafly offering to give me a better quote, I went to check it out and saw THE Accord model and color I was looking for! Arnold was very courteous and provided an honest description of the history of my vehicle and I walked away confident in a used vehicle. It looks brand new and drives beautifully. I plan to return to Arnold and Honda of Tenafly when it is time for another Honda!

Smooth and painless

This is our 4th Honda CRV. All were purchased from Honda Tenafly from 2000 to the current 2015. We traded in our 2005 for the latest. The 2003 version is still running strong. Never gave me any problems. D & C should be happy to have Herbie Rosario as a salesman. He is knowledgeable, polite, patient and a gentleman! Herbie sold us the 2005 brand new so he's been at DC longer than reported above. We were pleasantly surprised to deal with him the second time. I drove the new car home Tuesday and I just got a call from him to see if we had any questions. The next time we want to buy a new car we will head to DC. However this time will will call ahead for an appointment to meet with Herbie.

Helpful, quick and painless

This was my first car buying experience, while accompanied by someone with a long car buying history, and it went through hassle free. I felt taken care of and they were willing to work with me. At no time did I feel taken advantage of, being a first time buyer. Also a big thank you to Nilda Montero for bringing me here! I highly recommend this dealership.

Great service

We had a very positive experience purchasing a pre-owned car at Honda of Tenafly. My son was buying a car with his own money for the first time, and John helped us find a car within our price range, with no sales pressure. We looked at several Accords, and we decided on a 2004. I had the car checked over by my mechanic, who admittedly found a few flaws, but Honda took care of all of them to our satisfaction. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would recommend John to anyone. Thanks.
