Buying a car
Buying a new car can be very stressful but, Irwin Lieberman made it a wonderful experience. He walked me through the various options, helped me to compare the Infiniti with competitors and followed up after the sale to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Marcus helped to deliver the car to me and was very patient while showing me all the bells and whistles.

OUTSTANDING!!
Just leased my QX60 and wanted to express my gratitude to DJ at Circle Infiniti on his knowledge, professionalism and overall sincerity on placing me in the correct vehicle with the proper amenities. purchasing a new Infiniti Q70
From the moment we stepped inside the dealership to checkout the Q70 we were treated to a team of friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. In short order our salesperson DJ Johnson convinced us that this was a great car and we decided to purchase it after receiving a very good price. Although the Q70 is in short supply Circle Infiniti was able to locate one in the color we wanted with the package we wanted. The pleasant experience continued when we went to pick up our new car. Marcus Bowles did a great job of explaining the techno stuff - everything from nav system to phone sync, key settings, etc. Sherry Horelick explained the various warranty options extremely well. Brian Conway whisked us through the financials. Lastly, thanks to Tony Marino for passing on a great price via DJ Johnson. Thanks DJ and team for a great car and a hassle free experience. Vehicle Service Visit
My appointment was extremely easy to make fitting my schedule. The service writer is extremely knowledgeable about my service needs and does a through check on any future maintenance requirements. The vehicle was completed in a timely manner, sparkling clean and at a fair price. The waiting area was nicely serviced with refreshments, reading material and cable and internet service. The service writer kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle maintenance visit, even though it was not a long wait. I feel confident in the service and staff and highly recommend this dealership and personnel for anyone's automobile needs.

Service Visit
I took my car in for normal maintenance on April 15th. I was immediately greeted by John who is always so professional and pleasant. He takes the time to talk and find out if everthing is going ok with the car. He is very personable and shows a very genuine interest in his customers. While I was in John's office, Pam came in to say hello. I always feels like I am held in high regard when visiting Circle Infiniti. A week after my visit, my car suffered a computer malfunction which caused the engine not to shut off. I called and spoke to John who told me to bring the car in and they would take care of me. I was given a beautiful new loaner car that I had for 3 days while my car was being fixed. During that time John would call me with updates. John and Pam provide the highest level of customer service and because of them, I will only buy cars at Circle Infiniti.

Poor customer experience
Visited showroom twice, and both times could not get anyone to help us. People walk right by you and even when someone is paged, you stand around for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to help you. This wasn't even when the dealership was busy - there were 2 or 3 employees sitting in different offices- very frustrating. When we finally did get someone to assist us, they were pretty useless. They didn't know basic information about the car, wasted our time trying to give us ridiculous lease numbers when we clearly told the sales rep we were just starting our search and looking to test drive. I would never purchase from this dealership.

My Experiences at Circle
At Circle Infiniti, everyone in the service department is very friendly! Especially Todd and AnnMaria. They are always very helpful! I go to school in Purchase NY and I am sure there are a few Infiniti dealerships on my way to school but I only get my car serviced at Circle because I genuinely appreciate the customer service there. It has been a pleasure to work with them.

Electrical service light
Pam Crisafulli called me right away as soon as the car was fixed, approximately 3 hours after I brought the car in. My only regret was I had to bring the brand new loaner car back!
