Not what a dealership should be

I went in asking about "an entry level suv" and a cheap lease for around $200/mo. Immediately....not even 5 seconds....before the sales manager pushed a ram for $400/mo. After saying no to that and acting puzzled, I was then pushed to the leasing manager. I was walked through the parking lot aimlessly while he "looked for a vehicle with the right package." I said that I didnt necessarily need to see the vehicle right now, I just want to talk basic price. I am still shopping and want to get an understanding of price. I was offered the cherokee for over $300/mo. I had to ask about the compass (which is cheaper than the cherokee) and the response was, "but its not as well equiped as the cherokee." After explained, yet again, that I didnt care about the package and equipment...that I was looking for a cheap lease, he finally came back with $289/mo after $2500 down. I should also mention that he made sure to insult many other car manufacturers (including the car I drove in - which was not part of a trade or anything). After repeatedly insisting that I was looking at around $200, i was asked to wait yet again for him to come back with $2000 down and $250/mo. I should also mention that it was a bit of a high pressure situation to drive it. He kept insisting to drive the vehicle. I kept saying that there's no reason to waste time driving if you cant get the price where I need/want it. Overall, I felt like this dealership does nothing but try to up sell. They dont care what you want to buy, they only care about what they want to see you...which is apparently a dodge ram or a cherokee. dont bother if you want something cheaper.

The worse customer service

Worse experience ever, bought a truck new within 5 months trans blew 2x, pawned me off on another dealership, had to rent vehicle wait for reimbursement, now have to sue using lemon law, they are terrible!

Poor Management Customer Service

Like all car dealerships, the Dover Dodge used car folk like you when you're buying. They promise to fix anything within reason within 30 days. Sounds good, until you need something. My first ride from the dealership was lovely, until I had to use the visor to block the sun glare. The entire vanity mirror fell into my lap in pieces, with the light hanging in my field of vision. I reported it to the salesman the next day and was assured it would be taken care of. When It went in for repairs the Service manager told me the Sales manager refused to approve this items for repair. I emailed the dealership on several occasion, and never received a single return email. So the little automated voicemails that they are all about customer service, is just a lie. Sales were good, Service was good, Management failed their promise of customer service. I will NEVER use or recommend this dealership to anyone.

Terrible terrible terrible service

I bought a new 2017 ram power wagon , after 2 weeks transmission went. Now couple months later only 7k miles trans went again. The pawned me off on paramus dodge , they have no loaner vehicles , I have no vehicle for my buisness; I will be contacting "7 on your side " and getting the owner "eric nielson"involved. Look for it on tv soon.

Terrible service

Terrible terrible terrible service I bought new power wagon, in feb, 2 weeks later trans failed same thing just happened again, 7 months later , they pawned me off on paramus dodge , which has no loaner vehicles , 60k on new truck 2017 and I have no vehicle and they don't care, they also keep taking my reviews off ..

Love my Ram!!!!!!

I recently visited Dover Dodge and had a awesome experience!, Thanks Jason!!!, again the team at Dover overall showed superb knowledge and I walked out happy even though it was 11:00 pm LoL, I kept the guys for 2 hours but they didn't care what so ever as long as I was happy. Again to the team at Dover Dodge thank you!!!!

Great experience

Robert "Bobby" Marmo and Justo Disla what a great team! Thank you for helping me with a great experience and a great vehicle. Love my new Dodge Ram 1500. Great group of people at Rt 15 Dodge in Wharto! Will defiantly recommend to all.

best experience buying my first car

I was not sure what to expect walking into this dealership because I have not had the best experience with other dealerships in the past. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist that directed me to Ramon Diaz. I had such a great experience buying a Jeep at Dover that anyone I know looking for a new vehicle will be recommended to go there! They go above and beyond from the minute you walk to minute you are driving your new car off the lot! The whole staff really knows how to make you feel like family!

Milton Rodriguez was by far the most helpful, honest, least pressured salesman, and easy going guy I've ever worked with. It was a total pleasure to purchase my truck from him!

Great car buying experience

Robert was a great salesperson and really enjoyed working with him on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Ray went above and beyond to close the deal. We were very pleased with the way we were treated at Dover Dodge. Would recommend them!
