Despite finding a car I was genuinely interested in, I

Despite finding a car I was genuinely interested in, I discovered the hard way that this dealership does not cater to out-of-town buyers. I reached out specifically for a referred vehicle, but the process was a complete dead end because I don't live in the immediate area. It’s frustrating to see a car you want and be ready to move forward, only to find that the dealership’s policies or lack of support for non-local customers make the purchase impossible. While they claim to serve the broader Chicago and Lansing areas, their "local-only" vibe is a major deterrent for anyone traveling to find a specific model. If you are an out-of-town buyer looking for a seamless, transparent experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This dealership clearly prioritizes local walk-ins over serious buyers from further away.

My salesman was Jason he was awesome I told him

My salesman was Jason he was awesome I told him everything and had a time I needed to be out he delivered not only that but I got my car and paper work in less than 2 hrs so happy and excited Staff was very nice

We came to this dealership looking for a new Pilot.

We came to this dealership looking for a new Pilot. We met JP and made us feel like family. The process took four hours but he made it go fast. He Is a true “people person” that truly loves what he does. We will refer our family and friends to him.

I came in Saturday to inquire about a vehicle after getting prequalified through Capital One. Jeffery Parham was the salesman that helped me. He was really helpful and personable. He went the extra mile to get something within my budget and he far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be referring people that I know to him.

I drove to this dealership thinking that I wouldn't be

My wife and I went to Napleton"s River Oaks Honda to get

My wife and I went to Napleton"s River Oaks Honda to get an oil change for her 2020 Honda CRV. While waiting, I decided to browse around the show room. I had no intentions of purchasing anything. I began talking with the salesman Jeffery Parham. He was extremely personable and really knowledgeable. After looking, thinking, test driving and talking it over with my wife, I decided to trade in my van and get a new Passport. Mr. Parham was a delight to work with. Even after everything was completed, he still wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. I would definitely refer anyone who was interested in purchasing a Honda to Mr. Parham.
