This is the second vehicle we've bought from Miller

This is the second vehicle we've bought from Miller Subaru (after purchasing multiple cars at Miller Ford). We were lucky enough to meet our salesperson Ken Montgomery on our first visit when we were in an emergency situation to purchase a car for our daughter. This second time in, we specifically asked for Ken. His knowledge of the Subarus, his pleasant manner, him listening to what we were looking for, and his ability to match us to a great car was the best. We just had our meeting with Eric Fralin the "tech guru" who led us through a session to answer any questions we had about the operation of any part of our new Legacy. Talk about knowing things! Our plan is to continue to make use of Miller Subaru for any future vehicle purchases, as well as service. If you go in, ask for Ken, tell him Leigh sent you!

The Salesman was professional, explained everything

The Salesman was professional, explained everything clearly. Another person from the dealership sat in the car with me, after I purchased it, to explain all of the different functions. A very nice experience!

My car bean was a lease, the third one we leased from

My car bean was a lease, the third one we leased from Miller. My husband was very ill right before the end of the lease and Miller went out of their way to help me purchase my car (very low mileage, they would have made more talking me out of the buy back). During an extremely stressful time, they were wonderful. And they continue to be wonderful as my service partners. I give special kudos to Rose, in finance, and Lisa in service. And also to everyone else I have had the pleasure to meet at Miller’s.

No pressure sales.

No pressure sales. Very knowledgeable staff. The whole process was very easy and comfortable. Miller is a great organization. They have a customer for life!

Easy to schedule a service appointment at this

Easy to schedule a service appointment at this dealership. All done online to speed the process. Car was serviced quickly and returned clean with a courtesy car wash.

After buying a car from them it broke down 2 months later

After buying a car from them it broke down 2 months later where I had to tow it to them at my own expense, they then told me I had to tow it to another dealership again at my own expense. They did not diagnose the issue while they had it.
