One star is generous.

One star is generous. This dealership is poor. Unable to deliver on a basic order in which I gave a deposit. After 3 months zip! Got the money back and bought from another Toyota dealer only to have Runnemede handle the service and screw up my truck. They sat on it for 3 weeks, had to ask for a loaner, and then wouldn’t honor what they broke! Service guy even gave me a card to another dealership! Took my truck and fixed it myself!!! Wasn’t going to do this but just got a mailer saying ‘trust the experts’.

One star is generous. This dealership is poor. Unable to deliver on a basic order in which I gave a deposit. After 3 months zip! This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and

This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and would never recommend anyone to use this dealership. I called two weeks ago after seeing a 4 runner online that I wanted to purchase from them and trade in my current 4 runner. I explained to the woman I spoke to that my husband was a mechanic for Toyota for 15 years so I just wanted to have him come with me to look at the car. She set up an appointment for me the following Saturday. On Thursday I decided to call and check it through car was still there, to which the same woman explained that she was so sorry, she was going to call but the car was out on demo with their sales manager and they couldn't get it back in time for me to go look at it. (Needless to say, I had to call and check, they never called me and I was going to drive over an hour and half to go look at a car that wasn't going to be there...) So she said she'd call back when she had more details for when the car was going to return to the dealership. I got a call the next day and we set up an appt for the following Friday. On Monday I got a call from a new sales person trying to set up an appointment. I explained I already had one and I wanted to buy the car as long as everything was mechanically ok, I would still be there Friday to purchase the vehicle and trade in my car. On Tuesday I got a call that they sold the car.... So a week ago I was already supposed to be at the dealership with my original appointment to purchase the car. After speaking to four different people explaining that I wanted to buy the car and would be in, they sold the car... Horrible horrible communication within this company, no care for their customers at all. I would never recommend going here to buy a car!!!

Purchased a new vehicle from Runnemede Toyota. We negotiated and closed the deal with Greg T. He was wonderful to work with. Had it not been for Greg's effort, we would have left without a vehicle.

Bad business

Long story short. I had a 2019 4runner sold right out from under me. I test drove it. Got the car fax report. Told them I was trading in my car. Every thing was good? Wrong!! Then I was told sorry the guy in front of us is buying. 😆 really!! The manager Greg told me it's just business. Your right Greg it is. Bad business. I will never come here again!!

Easiest car transaction I ever had and have bought

I knew what I wanted explained it to Aaron Rack and within the hour I was finished. There was no pressure and the total experience was easy.

Runnemede Toyota

We purchased a 2023 Rav 4 Prime today. Our salesman, Russell Coombs is the Best!! He took his time, explained everything that he could, had a lot of patience with us. He made the entire experience of buying a car a pleasant one. I know we tired him out, but he never wavered. We thank Russell & everyone we came in contact with for All their help!! I would highly recommend Runnemede Toyota & salesman Russell Coombs….give them a 10+.

Don’t disconnect customers

Tried to find out the cost of 4 new tires and make an appointment. I was transferred from department to department, waited for someone to pick up and then repeatedly disconnected not by accident. Finally called the sales department and a concerned sales associate helped out. The service department has spiraled downward in the last couple of years.

Excellent service

I had a warning light on in my RAV 4.I called Charles Colamarino at Runnemede Toyota & he found the tire pressure light needed replacement. He checked all tires & pressures were fine There were none available & he ordered the part. He arranged replacement quickly.He was thorough professional kind courteous & went above & beyond to service my vehicle as quickly as possible.I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you for employing such great employees. Good asset to your company.

Terrible customer service & follow up

Having commercial fleet of more than 20 vehicles and several more personal vehicles for family use, this was certainly not our first experience purchasing vehicles. My father and I went in February 2022, purchasing 1 truck for personal use and 1 truck for our company. After some miscommunication about the title & registration for the company vehicle, it has been a terrible experience attempting to rectify. Apparently the in-house title clerk I was previously speaking with is no longer with them, which I understand happens from time to time. I was never informed that the dealership was not going to help fix the title, nobody even contacted me to let me know to come pick up the incorrect title from them. After multiple attempts showing up in person, a manager Joseph Sabatini finally got my information and gave me his card telling me he would follow up with me personally… guess what, never even a call back. When I came in again today Joseph was absolutely rude and dismissive. After basically begging them to look, they found the incorrect title simply sitting in a drawer at the dealership, but nobody was ever going to contact me about it?!?!?! After spending nearly $100K here, they essentially told me I was on my own to fix the incorrect title, and gave no apologies for the complete lack of communication. Toyota trucks are great machines, but I would encourage anyone to purchase theirs from anybody but these guys.
