They always make sure to have a rental car for me to take home. That is a must for dropping off my car at late hours. They always have the best prices and nicest people. A plus is they always leave me little air fresheners :) Thank you Boardwalk Honda for your great service. The Service Manager there is so accommodating. Great customer service!

Ralph did a great job caring and professional. Understood all my concerns and handled them perfectly. Had an issue where previous work was done in another state incorrectly. I handed him receipts and he was able to rectify and fix problem with the transmission company out of state. I am 15 percent satisfied with service dept

Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation, I was sent
Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation, I was sent a video while the Service mechanic was inspecting my vehicle, Showed me what needed work and what didn't. The service rep for the check in was a cool guy, felt warming and inviting and that's appreciated. The process was very quick and efficient, left there feeling confident that I would return for future maintenance and repair. Plenty of water coffee, and charging stations while you wait, and if need be you can take a peek on the work being done while you're waiting I would definitely recommend them

It looks like they figured out what was wrong with my car
It looks like they figured out what was wrong with my car when another garage could not. I just wish it had gotten done a couple hours quicker so I would not have had to hire a Lyft to bring me back to the dealership.
