2010 Ford Fusion Sport

Walked in to All American Mazda not expecting to purchase anything that day. They had a very nice 2010 Fusion on the lot and I was interested. Salesman Barry approached me and he showed me around the lot. We took it for a ride and I loved it. The used car sales manager was able to work with me on my trade in and got me a good price on the Fusion. I left that day with a nice new used car. Staff is very friendly and wants to work with you.

All American Lemons

Terrible place to buy a used vehicle. I have already had to put $2000 of work into vehicle 2.5 months after purchase of a $7500 truck and it still will never start right unless the fuel pump is replaced. They did a few sketchy fixes to make the truck run nice for test drives. All American Lemons. Why go here when you could go litterarly anywhere else? These guys are like the father from Mattilda when it comes to selling used vehicles.

Amazing Customer Service

We had a great experience trading in our vehicle at All American Mazda. The staff here are very friendly and Barry went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. This was honestly the first enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had.

Great experience!!

All American made my visit awesome. I drove from Virginia to purchase a vehicle for my daughter and they had the vehicle clean and all the papers ready to sign. They couldn't have been kinder and more efficient! In particular, Barry Cottrell went the extra mile and really checked the vehicle out and gave me assurance it was top notch before I made the trip from Virginia.

So helpful

Had a really great experience with my car purchase yesterday. A significant issue with my bank was smoothly overcome with the help and patience of Charlie Jackson who drove me for 2 hours to solve it. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Did I mention the car is awesome? It's awesome!

Great Dealership to Buy From !!

Everyone we dealt with was Knowledgeable and Professional . My Husband and I had the pleasure of having Konstantine, John and Chris help us through our car buying experience we bought a 2018 CX 5 ,It could not been smoother. Great car buying experience

We bought a new car from All American Mazda this past weekend and had such a great experience. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. We are used to car dealers being a little shady and sneaking in unnecessary fees, however this was not the case here. They were very honest and respectful. Mark was our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything the car had. Justin, and the used car manager Mel were also extremely helpful during the process as we were considering trading in another car. The price we got was extremely fair and we had the paperwork completed in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend All American Mazda to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Unresponsive vehicle repair

Bought a 2016.5 CX.5 in July brand new. At 1200 miles, the brakes started squeeking intermitantly. Despite the fact that the 2 previous years for this model had TSB Advisories (saying rotors prematurely rust from the inside) and advising dealers to remove all brakes, shave down rotors and install a clip to prevent the squeeking, All American Mazda refused to correct the problem because they could not hear the sqeeking, which is intermitant; they would not accept my word for the problem, despite the fact I printed out the TSB advisories for the previous models. I would not buy this model Mazda and I would not deal with All American Mazda.
