Charlie is friendly and knowledgeable and he made the

Charlie is friendly and knowledgeable and he made the process of buying a car as pleasant as it can be. When I had a problem with making phone calls via Android, he and Bud Metz were right there to take care of it and I was back on the road in a short time with all systems go. I've had great experiences at Clinton Honda which is why I keep going back. Ajay in finance was also very helpful and reassuring.

I was told the wrong information regarding charges and

I was told the wrong information regarding charges and amount I had to pay for basic diagnostic. I was told my car would need more diagnostic testing done and hub taken apart for sensor harness since they couldn’t figure out what the problem was BUT if that testing led to other issues, I would be liable to pay for those issues. I was told my trunk was fixed but when I got home, it was not fixed. This isn’t a new issue and has recurred 4-5 times and I tried to explain that the main issues were all connected but they couldn’t figure it out.

I would rate my experience here as platinum! Feliks Samiter is simply one of a kind. He came over to greet me as soon as I walked in the door. I can only describe my 1st impression as if I was seeing an old friend. He has this way of making you feel instantly at ease. This initial impression changed everything for me, especially since I have never enjoyed the car-buying experience. Feliks changed years of negative impression with his warm demeanor and obvious professionalism. In only a few minutes, I knew this was going to be a special experience. Feliks completely changed the experience of buying a car. He has a way of putting one at ease, because he effortlessly combines being a consummate professional and simply a lovely human being. His whole demeanor was effortless and totally about getting me what I wanted - Wow! Feliks was so straightforward and knowledgeable. If it can be done, he will get it done. Paul Sigler was an outstanding advisor and worked with me

Paul Sigler was an outstanding advisor and worked with me to get the best product at a reasonable cost for my new tires. He’s always real helpful. (As he has been over the years) John Pene is outstanding as a service technician. IIve been coming to the dealership since 2012 with my accord & last week my daughter bought a 2026 HRV from the dealership. I trust John to work on all my cars.(even my lexus) His ability and quality of work is excellent.
