Happy buying experience with Manjula Biju

We just had an excellent pleasant leasing experience with Manjula at BMW of Bridgewater. She is straight forward and easy to deal with. She gave up a very competitive leasing rate. She handled the entire leasing process from beginning to end smoothly with any issue at all. The car was delivered on time as promised. We highly recommend Manjula at BMW of Bridgewater!

Amazing Hassle free experience

As my current lease as almost due I walked in to check out other options. I ended up leasing another vehicle from Mark Ongsiako. Mark was amazing and not your typical pushy saleman. He was patient and willing to go back and forth over email and phone, where other dealers would not even talk to you unless you scheduled a test drive. Mark made the experience a breeze by having the paperwork all ready to go. I was in and out of financing in less than 30 mins.

Great service from Mark Carvalho and Larry Weinglass!

I worked with Mark Carvalho and Larry Weinglass to lease an X3 - they were both incredibly helpful, courteous, responsive and professional. I would definitely work with them again in the future as they made the purchase process seamless and simple. Mark and Larry both took the time to answer my questions and were flexible in working with my schedule. Great experience and great customer service!

Amazing service!

I just purchased a certified 328i and the experience could not have been any better. As my first BMW, Manjula explained everything that I needed and wanted to know and was very polite and patient throughout the whole process! I’d highly recommend working with her if anyone decides to purchase from this dealership!

BMW i3s 2019

I was looking for a replacement for my 2014 i3 lease. I didn’t feel comfortable returning the car to my original dealership. I had a lot of problems with my original dealership. I went to Bridgewater BMW and Scott Marlowe, Larry and Mark Carvalho worked hard to solve the lease problems that my other dealership caused. I would definitely recommend this dealership to al my family and friends. I’m fact that same day I picked up my i3 my nephew was with us and was also interested in a brand new BMW from Scott. Keep up the great work. Best BMW experience I have ever had.

Fantastic service with Scotty

Test drive for vibration issue

I was able to take a test drive with the service foremen, Anthony, and demonstrate my issue with the car. He was attentive and listened to my concerns and helped to identify the cars problem. I will definitely bring my car back here for future service.

1st Impressions are everything and THEY NAILED IT!

I recently purchased a new BMW 440i from Bridgewater BMW on 5/8/19 and they made the buying process easy from start to finish! They were very accommodating from the time I walked in the door for my appointment, test driving the car, and not to mention the price being even lower than expected. The sales people I worked with were Mark Carvalho and Alex Hoebeke and they REALLLYYYYY worked their magic to get me into the vehicle of my choice, with the price I wanted. They were straight forward/honest with what they could do for my circumstance, kept me updated throughout the approval process., and very thorough with answering my questions and concerns. Lastly Mark and Alex went above and beyond with going over some concerns I had about returning my old leased vehicle and possible charges for minor damages etc. Once I was approved I worked with Joel Curran who assisted with the financial paperwork, and handling the maintenance, wheel and tire warranty. He was very patient and answered all my questions and concerns as well. I can honestly say that I would recommend BMW Bridgewater to friends/family and I look forward to leasing my next vehicle with them again.

Impeccable sales service. Fair/Honest.

Ordered a 2019 330i Sports Wagon from BMW of Bridgewater and dealt with Scott Marlowe as my sales rep. Scott was fair, efficient, open and honest. He also kept me well informed on delivery date (as my car was ordered and was produced in Munich). If I ever feel I am NOT being dealt with fairly in purchasing a car, I will walk out of a dealership. Life is too short. But dealing with Scott at BMW of Bridgewater was a pleasure. This is my first BMW and the experience with Scott and the dealership was precisely as it should be in purchasing a luxury car. I should also add that upon picking up my car, John Palomino spent a long period of time taking me through the vehicle to explain all the features. BMW has great technology on their cars and it requires some education. John was beyond patient with me and I never felt rushed for a single moment. Overall, I am very happy with my experience with this dealership and the people involved.
