The right car buying experience.
I had been a customer of Flemington BMW for years and bought or leased a number of cars from them. I recently had two leases to turn in and planned to lease or buy two more. They were less than enthusiastic, so I gave Bridgewater BMW a try. I met with Manjula Biju as my sales person and Dave Wagoner as the sales manager. I told them what I was looking for and my target budget and they were happy to make it work. They patiently took me through a number of options before settling in on what made the most sense for my wife and I. The model and color options that my wife wanted wasn't in stock but they found it in another dealer and had it shipped in. I didn't waste a lot of time at the dealership. Most of my communication after the initial visit was via text, email or phone which was extremely convenient since I work in NYC. When it came time for that typical time consuming finance visit, they had everything ready and we were in and out in minutes. Dave and Manjula found multiple discounts and even helped me with our lease returns, which was frustrating because we were getting the runaround at Flemington for the same thing. I can't say enough good things about this experience at Bridgewater. I'm already looking forward to working with Manjula and Dave again when our leases are up in 3 years!

Great service
I contacted this dealership as i was looking for a specific BMQ X1 without a moonroof. Martin was very responsive and provided me the quote in advance of my visit. We discussed our options, agreed on the trade-in and the final price within an hour; the process was seamless and everybody at the dealership are very cordial and straight forward. No games; no hassles.. It did take a little longer for the actual delivery; however, we did get the car with the correct specs. James was very good with the finance part; swift, but calm and organized.

I have always bought an American branded car, but my last two have been BMW - as will my next and next and next. Very friendly services at the Bridgewater BMW on both occasions. On the most recent visit and buy we had Carmine Forgione - he was very personal and enjoyed helping us out as much as possible.

BMW of Bridgewater Scammed and Took Advantage of us.
Shame on me for not reading the documents more clearly, but BMW of Bridgewater did not abide by the agreement that they made for us. We were promised that BMW of Bridgewater would cover all the overmileage on the car we were turning in. The woman that worked on our finanacial agreement put half of mileage on the agreement, but we did not have the Lease End Inspection Form in front of us (the Lease end manager still had it) so we were not aware that she put the wrong amount on the form stating what BMW owed us. We trusted, stupid us, that the information was correct. I feel like we were scammed once again by a car dealer and would never recommend or go back to this one, that is for sure.

I had a great experience with BMW of Bridgewater. Everyone was super helpful when buying my first car! I love my Nissan Rogue and what made it even better was the service that was provided all around during the process.

Great Firat Experience
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at BMW of Bridgewater. Justin O'Conor was our Sales person. 'My mom and I both purchased a car an Justin did a great job getting both deals done quickly and efficiently. Deena (?) in Finance was great as well.

Awesome and simple

Wonderful experience
Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Our salesperson explained everything in an efficient manner. The genius demonstrated all the features of the car so I could understand everything and said if I needed a refresher to call her and come in. All in all it was a painless proces. I would highly recommend!
