I had a great experience purchasing my x7 at Bridgewater BMW. Manjula was easy to work with and made sure I was taken care of. Cameron was also great! He made sure I knew how to use all of the capabilities of the car to the fullest!

Prompt service!
I had my vehicle towed in for an unknown electrical problem without an appointment and had it dropped off over night. After speaking with the service manager (Jeff), he assured me that they would diagnose the issue and follow up with me right away. Before the end of the same day I was called with the diagnosis and parts were ordered. My vehicle was fixed and test driven the following day and I was called and informed that I could pick it up at my convenience. I’m very impressed with the attention I received by all the service staff. The online invoice service is extremely convenient and the customer service is excellent. Thank you Bridgewater BMW for making ownership a pleasure.
