Best Car Dealership around
I bought a 2010 Ford Focus SES from tasca this year. My Salesman Jacob Poirier made a great effort to get me the car I wanted, called me when he had something in inventory, and went to the Tasca Dealership in Connecticut to get the car for me. It was no hassle, I got a great rate on the car, and there have been no complaints at all. They honored their warranty when the headlight wasn't working, and have always been courteous to me. I always recommend Tasca to my friends and family and send them to Jacob. 10/10 would do business again. The management at this store is great, and are always friendly, nice and inviting, especially the General Manager and General Sales Manager. They always have a smile on their face and love their jobs!

Mike was helpful and answered our calls promptly. We had no sales pressure and we given adequate time to think about our purchase. We had plenty of time to compare both cars we were considering and decided the 2012 escape was more suited to my husbands transition from a Ford ranger than the 2013 model.

Mike Gasior was a great salesman to work with. He helped me work within my budget to find a low milage, dependable car. He was patient, knowledgeable, and returned all my phone calls promptly. I would definitely buy from him and your dealership again.

Wonderful experience!
Our sales person Rich was awsome! I have to say it was the best experience we have ever had buying a new vehicle! He was extremely patient with all our questions, and worked very hard at finding exactly what we were looking for. I will highly recomend anyone shopping at Tasca Ford to request Rich, I know you will be happy! Great guy!

Bait and Switch! Terrible Experience!
I visited Tasca 3 times to test drive a Mazda 3. I told Rich, our salesperson, how much I was willing to spend during the test drive, and he said he could work with that. Then he made my wife and I sit at a table for an hour. Finally, he came back and asked, "How much more would you be willing to spend? How much would you be willing to pay on top of that? What if we financed a payment on top of that." I told him that I had a price, and that was it, so he told me he couldn't work with me. Then I came back to test drive another car. He didn't really have time for me, so he told me to drive it, and then come back another day to talk about price. When I came back, I wanted to purchase a Mazda 3s. They had one listed on their website for $24K. When I inquired about it, they told me that it was a 3i (different trim level, smaller engine). Also, the $24k price is only for people who qualify for all the incentives (military, current Mazda owner) and I wouldn't qualify for that price. He told me that he was willing to sell me a different car for $28K. I told him this seemed dishonest, so he got his manager (I'm not entirely sure whether it was a manager or just another salesman). His manager raised his voice to me. Actually yelled! He told me that Tasca is not responsible for the information on their website. They use a 3rd party service to post info on their website. He told me that I hadn't read the fine print carefully enough. He yelled, "Did you read the fine print on the website? No, you didn't! If you want this car, here's the price!" I walked out. I have never been so angry about an experience with a dealership. On the plus side, I'm glad this all happened, because I bought a beautiful VW GTI for $5k less than the Mazda would have cost. And the VW is a nicer car. And faster.

TiCoyote, My apologies once again for your poor experience. I am happy that Elian spoke with you and apologized for the poor communication. I hope that you have good luck with your VW. Hopefully we will be able to serve you in the future. Sincerely, Carl Tasca, Jr.
Ilian from HQ just called me to smooth things over. He apologized for the confusing pricing and also the poor service I received. He also gave me his personal number and told me that if I'm ever in the market for a Mazda again or if I have a friend or family member looking for one, I should give him a call. He really did want to put forth the effort to mend bridges, and I appreciated the phone call.
Terrible Service Center
I brought my car in for an oil change and was told that my coolant was off colored and needed to be flushed. I brought my car in two weeks later after I got paid to have the coolant flushed and the tires rotated. When I checked to see if the work had been done I noticed the coolant was still the same color, way below the min line, and that the tires had not been rotated. They had my car for four hours and did not do the work. I had to bring my car back in to prove that the work wasn't done. On top of that the mechanic cracked my coolant reservoir. { Ken maybe you should work a few weekends instead of hiring kids to do no work :) } I paid cash and had given coupons. I had to have another service Center look over my car and they verified that the fluid was old. The tires I know were not rotated because one of them was plugged and not moved. I got completely ripped off and I am still waiting for my money. Don't pay for service that isn't being done & Definitely don't waste your weekend with this place.

Josette, My deepest apologies for this poor service. I have reviewed your experience with the entire service team in the hopes of preventing this from happening again. Thank you for taking the time to inform me of your experience. Sincerely, Carl Tasca, Jr.
Waste of your life and no one responds to you
I hope no one ever goes through this type of experience with a dealership. When you are leasing a car you do not want to make a day of doing it. I had called before I arrived to get quotes and was fine with the price so I decided to stop in. They had quoted me on the wrong body style so I then had to spend 3+ hours there with my 3 year old just to sign for a car I did not even take home(car was coming from another dealership but paperwork had to be done right then..Sure). They over charged my debit card by $2200 which I had to get resolved and took 30 minutes of my time. I took the following day off to pick the car up and they never called me to say it was ready so I called them to learn it wasn't. Same thing occurred the next couple of days until I finally ask why we were waiting for the registration on a place switch. I then got a call from my salesman because he had seen a negative review posted on this site and was willing to offer me oil changes to take it off..(so they know my experience had been bad up to this point) The only problem was it wasn't me. After I got the car they then called me back because they had messed up the paperwork I had to sign the first day I was there so it would have to be done again. Good news was it was going to be cheaper. Does not make you feel like they know what they are doing though. I at least got someone to drive the paperwork to my place of employment so that I could sign it. They also only gave me one key when I picked up the car so I had asked about that the day after I picked the car up. He said he would make sure I got it when I picked up the new registration. My salesman ended up bring the paperwork and the registration to me but no key. As of today I still have no second key and no one was calling me about it either. Finally today they called and said they lost it and I would have to come by with the car so they can make another one. All of this is not the experience I am looking for when I lease a car. I e-mailed them on the 31st of August about my issues(some of which I did not list to fit due to character restrictions) because they sent me an e-mail saying to let them know if you weren't satisfied. I guess they didn't care all that much because as of today I have heard nothing back.(which is why I am posting this review) If you have a lot of time on your hands, this is the place for you but if your time is more valuable than anything else I would not buy your car here. Drive the extra hour to another place. This was also my third purchase from a Tasca dealership so I am disappointed to see that means nothing.(I did mention this in my complaint e-mail to the company)

Horrible car buying experience and aftermath.
The story begins like most others looking to purchase a car. I came to their showroom to look at and test drive a car. The salesmen at this point were prompt to help me out and obliged on a test drive. I then decided to purchase the car with my lease end trade-in. We worked out an arrangement and agreed on a price. That's when the fun started. The sales team (Eric and Vinny), started to try and change the deal, a slightly higher price, remove the remote start option. Having me sit for very long periods of time waiting. I finally did agree to a slightly higher price under the pressure, and then moved on. We worked out the paperwork, and Joseph Cabral was the finance officer who put the deal on paper and worked it out with me. He was the best person in the whole place, (which I have come to learn that he is no longer there, maybe he was too honest for them?). The deal was that I would put a down payment, trade-in my lease, (which had a buyout value), they factored the buyout into my new car price and loan, so that the lease buyout would be paid in full by Tasca. I bought the car and was told I could pick it up in 2 days with the remote start installed and ready to go. I showed up 2 days later, dropped off my lease, handed them the keys, they gave me my new car paperwork and only a single key! I asked where the other key was, and they said "we don't know", but didn't offer to get another key or anything. I said that was unacceptable, so they wrote me a "WE OWE YOU" order stating that they had to get me a key. I go to get in the car and inquire about the remote start, to which Vinny replies, "oh...I guess we didn't install it". So I said ok, install it and I will come pick up the car. 2 days later I get the car and drive it home. Two weeks go by and I finally get a spare key. Two more weeks go by and I have police officers show up at my house stating that I abandoned my lease on the Tasca parking lot? (I had to go to the dealer and remind them that they took the car on a lease trade-in). Two more weeks go by and I get a call from my leasing company stating that my buyout has not been paid and I owe them the money that Tasca already took from me to pay it off. I then contact Joe Cobral and he states along with James Teqgue (the manager), that it will be taken care of and it was an oversight. This cat and mouse game for getting the payment to my lease company went on for months. Each call and attempt to remedy this was irrelevant, and James Teague continually assured me that it was going to be paid. Finally I had to get an attorney. Under the threat of lawsuit I finally received my check. I had written letters to both Tasca Ford, and the CEO of Tasca about this event, and never even heard back from them with an apology from the company. All in all, it was a horrible experience and I highly recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

Dear Sir, I am very sorry for your poor experience at my Seekonk store. YOU WILL BE SATISFIED is our mission statement, and when we fail to fulfill this commitment to our customers it is unacceptable. I have spoken to all parties involved in the hopes of improving communication and preventing a similar situation from happening. I never received any letters regarding your experience, but thank you for using this site to share your experience. We will improve and do better in the future. Sincerely, Carl Tasca, Jr.
Rude employees and terrible customer service
Worst customer service ever. I had the worst experience with tasca the employees were so rude especially the phone operator. She used words like "oh my god" with the worst attitude when I only called them 3 times because my representative was a complete air head and I had to reach him a few times over a situation he completely seemed uneducated about. The representative whom I purchased my car from messed up quite a bit of times when my insurance had to send the policy # and expiration date so I had to go through this whole entire process. But I will guarantee you I will never purchase a car from tasca again because the employees were so rude and seemed uneducated. And I'm quite sure the manager won't be happy to hear his employees were rude to a paying customer.

PreOwned Factory, Attleboro, MA
Purchased used Ford Focus from PreOwned Factory dealer at South Attleboro location of this dealership. Daniel C., Jonathan and Frank provided sales and finance assistance that was far above our expectations. They respected our requests for our needs in a vehicle and provided what we had hoped for in a car that would meet our situation. Attention to detail and explanation of everything we could possibly ask for . Would recommend to everyone!
