Tony and his team were all so wonderful I couldn’t thank them enough Bryant was so helpful with getting numbers and making sure I chose the right car for me and when he had to step away he made sure Arlene and Kervin were there to help such a wonderful experience Thank you so much Culver City Mazda

Employees were condescending, rude, couldn’t find a part

Employees were condescending, rude, couldn’t find a part we ordered weeks ago AND ALREADY PAID FOR and we confirmed that they had the day before. Refused to work on our car. It was awful especially coming from a place I thought had historically great service.

Auto parts and repairs are EXTREMELY expensive.

Auto parts and repairs are EXTREMELY expensive. And, truly speaking believe that Mazda isn't trustworthy in terms of maintenance or reliability of its service.
