I ended up leasing my vehicle.

I ended up leasing my vehicle. First time I've done this. I was a little uncomfortable about limiting my miles, but I was assured that if I went over, it would be okay. I couldn't get that in writing, however. I am still a bit uncomfortable leasing. We will see how this goes. Dylan was excellent, personable, and provided a lot of help. I bought my first VW there and was super satisfied. I always had my oil change there and the waiting area has a TV, water, and snacks, which is great if it ends up taking a bit longer. I love this dealership.

We have recently purchased two vehicles from VW of Duluth and been very satisfied with our experiences. All employees worked with us to make the deals work to fit our needs. We have two small children and live out of town, but always felt welcome and accommodated. We will be back to service our vehicles and shop when we are in need again!

I did not have an opportunity to work with Chris

I did not have an opportunity to work with Chris Johnston. But Keenan and Jake were awesome! They were not pushy with making a sale. They were very informative when it came to the questions that we asked. We wanted to make sure we covered all of our bases and left to go to other dealerships and talks and decided to go back to VW to do business with Keenan and Jake. They did amazing. The experience was stressful in anyway. We told them what we were looking for and every car we looked at was what we were looking for, our family. I don’t have a bad thing to say, and we appreciated all the help that they gave. It ultimately sent us home with a pre-owned vehicle for our family, which we love.
