National Motors of Ellicott City

I'm usually not one to leave bad reviews, but I feel like I have to warn the public about National Motors and its owner, Brian. I bought a Lexus LS 500 from him, but he sold me a broken-down car. The exhaust system needed to be replaced, and the alignment was off. I took the car back to National Motors to have it fixed and left it there for a week. When I picked it up, the owner assured me that all the problems had been fixed. However, a week later, the engine light came on, and I took it back to National Motors. This time, the owner said he wasn't going to fix the issue and told me I could take him to court. I was left to fix all the issues with the car myself and out of my own pocket, despite having just paid $47k for the car. I had to replace the whole exhaust system, get a new alignment and new tires, and fix the fuel sensors. The owner is a scammer who sells unsafe cars to the public. Do not buy any cars from National Motors. I wish I could give them negative stars.

I had an awesome car buying experience thanks to National motors and its employees , Mohammed was very well versed in the specifications of the vehicle and Tony the finance manager was adamant on getting us into the vehicle we wanted

They have a very diverse range of inventory and the dealership is warm and knows how to treat customers. The finance managers are very adamant on getting every single customer approved and into the vehicle of their choice

Tony was the absolute best! I came in crying my eyes out about needing a new car. He got me into the car I wanted soo bad!! He took his entire day to get me connected with the right bank. Got all my paperwork done! Got me a low down payment! Got me hooked up with tags and free detail! Full tank of gas I’m soooo excited fulfilled with so much 🥹 I love you guys soooo much best team here🫶🏾 I’ll be back once I’m paid off to make another purchase with you guys🥰🥰🥰

Purchased a car and the car got totaled 30 days later. The dealership never filed for the title with DMV, then they say it was misfiled and then lost. They now have to request for one from previous owner. 60 days later we are still owing for totaled car.

Great service overall, was taken care of from the moment entering their store. Everyone was friendly and they assisted in finding me the exact car I needed. The management staff was attentive and reasonable.. Thanks for making it easy!!

Bait and switch on the advertised pricing vs what they are actually charging. They added in several thousand dollars worth of deals fees. Places like this should be booted from the platform because it makes it impossible to rely to on the prices listed of it's not remotely accurate.

Dishonest , pretty nice lady I forgot her name but she’s pretty nice , Mr .David in the other hand came up with some $3000 fees the didn’t know how to explain why or wat for ..the FEES!! Scam is getting old now David.

Inquired about a car that's currently listed and specifically about seeing a Carfax. One person called said that car was available and would look into Carfax. Few days later another person called trying to get me to the dealership but the car I inquired about is no longer available and Carfax won't be shared. More than a week later the car is still for sale.

We are looking for a car, you do not return. If you are not going to sell the cars, why did you put them in. No one is interested, remove the ads then authorities
