Paul Hurd in parts went above and beyond to answer my question on a supposed power steering belt that a shop said that I needed to replace, only problem was this shop did NOT know what they were talking about because a 2014 Ford Flex doesn't have a power steering belt. He saved me some money and took the time to look it up and let me know. After I ended my call with him, he did a little more research and called me back to verify NO BELT. Thank you!!!!!!
