Great buying experience!

My wife and I were looking at Ford Escapes. Found the green one . Looked at other dealerships. Came back to Mike @ Sunset. We bought two Focuses before through Mike. That was Easy

Comfortable and easy to do business with. A firm hand shake, quick smile and a light hearted banter made purchasing my car a pleasure. New Escape Purchase

We recently purchased a new 2016 Escape from Sunset Ford. Cory Pupillo was the salesman that we dealt with and we were pleased with how quickly and thoroughly Cory was able to complete our deal and get us on our way. He was able to get us what we wanted for our trade in and explained in detail all of the available offers for discounts and financing from Ford. Overall, a really good buying experience.

Outstanding!

We were in the market to replace our 2011 Flex which we simply loved. The Flex offers superior access to all three rows of seating compared to the Explorer. My 85 year old Father can easily get in and out of the vehicle. Additionally my grand children have no problems getting in and out of our; "Maw Maw Car!" No longer able to order a 2015, I had been in contact with several other Dealers in and around the area. Sunset Ford was able to make the numbers far more appealing than the other dealers. Our new 2015 Flex has more bell and whistles than I thought we would ever be able to afford. Appears the Bean Counters at Ford have decided the 2016 Flex will be it's final year. We will hopefully drive our new FLEX far, far, far, into the future. We felt our sales rep, Braden, really went to bat for us when talking to the "Man." I never thought the numbers would have worked on our new, very nicely equipped, 2015 Flex: SEL, 202A Package, Appearance Package, Glass Roof, and All Weather Floor Mats. Expedition purchase

Because we had done much of the research regarding the vehicle we wished to purchase and knew of our price range options because of comparisons we had done with other dealers, our time with Keith was actually pretty minimal. But that time was hassle free and we enjoyed working with him! He was very efficient and made us feel very comfortable in knowing we can call him anytime! And Jason did a great job with all that paperwork!!!

Got there just previous to closing, they helped us anyway!

We were pleased with the experience, everyone was nice enough, and helpful even though we got there so late in the day. My only issue was that they offered a ridiculously low amount for our possible trade in, so we didn't use it as a trade. We sold it to a private individual for 6 times what they offered two days later, the first person who came to see it bought it. I know it was an older vehicle, but was just miffed that since we had no trade in, we had no down payment and that made the loan be more and for a longer amount of time.
