I recently purchased a 2012 Mazda 3 from Unique Auto for my teenage daughter. I received a good price for my trade-in and I am happy with the purchase price of the Mazda. Bobby explained the vehicle in detail and provided the CARFAX. Even after purchase was complete, Bobby has followed up with me and even assisted me in getting a discount on some tires. I am extremely happy with the vehicle and I am confident that it will be a reliable/safe vehicle for my daughter to drive for many years to come. Unique Auto will be the first place I go for purchasing vehicles in the future.

Great cars for half the price. You can trust Mr. Windell and he always takes the time to explain the vehicle thoroughly. We have never had an issue out of the cars we purchased. I will by my cars at Unique Auto for the rest of my life. I highly recommend that Unique Auto if you are looking for a car. If he doesn't have it, he will try to find it.!

I purchased a Toyota Avalon with a rebuilt title earlier this year. It was a quality car for a fair price. Bobby, the owner, made sure the car was clean and replaced the battery (which had died in the cold) the day of delivery. This was greatly appreciated. When we signed the buyer's agreement, Bobbie had also promised to furnish a couple of used remote key fobs, as the vehicle came with none. I wrongly assumed this meant fobs that were undamaged. However, after driving an extra trip to Sellersburg to pick them up later, I was disappointed to find one of them was partly broken around the key ring. That's not a big deal until you realize that a small, partial ring made of plastic won't last very long before it completely breaks, (I've had many break before) and that replacing and programming a new fob costs $150-$200 at a Toyota dealer. Once that ring breaks, it's practically useless. Bobby then promised I would receive a replacement (undamaged) fob "later this week" or "by next Thursday." This turned into two months and still no fob. I also noticed my follow up texts, emails and phone calls were mostly ignored during this timeframe. I ended up having to buy a fob on my own ($77) plus programming fee ($55). The experience left a sour taste due to several broken promises and "lip service" on what should have been a simple solution--especially after I spent over 7K at this establishment. The lack of customer service and common courtesy makes me hesitant in referring other customers to Unique Auto. Too bad, as it seems he has a good concept going with refurbishing salvage/rebuilt titles into quality cars. It seems Bobby is more eager to make a sale, than to follow through on the details once the transaction is complete. So if you buy here, don't expect much of anything once you pick up your vehicle--even if it is in writing.

Buying a 2002 Honda Civic from Unique Auto was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. While I was a little reluctant about buying a ?rebuilt? vehicle, owner Bobby Windell showed me pictures of the damage sustained in the accident and described in detail the repairs that were necessary. I took the car to my mechanic to have it inspected and he confirmed everything that Bobby had told me. Bobby also took the car to the Honda dealership to have recall work completed before we picked up the car. The actual buying experience was great. I have purchased both new and used cars over the years and have come to expect many hours of sitting around the dealership waiting to get the process completed. Bobby had all the paperwork ready when I came in to pick up the car and I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes (note: I wasn?t financing the vehicle so we didn?t have to go through that process). In my opinion Bobby is an honest, sincere, and knowledgeable car dealer. Unique Auto will be my first stop when looking for a used car!

I purchased a rebuilt title 2009 Chevy Silverado w/ 40k miles from Unique Auto LLC. After having vehicle now for 6 months I can assure the savings was well worth the risk as many would say. With before and after photos on file and a carfax history report, making my decision was easy. Hope this helps many others out there when deciding if Unique Auto is worth the time. We are thankful to have found Unique Auto! On a limited budget we were able to get financing and full coverage insurance on the 2012 Honda Civic w/ rebuilt title. Before and after photos and Bobby's honesty is what sold us. We just felt he was as honest and gave us the opportunity to inspect and drive as long as needed before we made our decision. Thankful to have taken the "risk" as many feel with the rebuilt titles. As for I and my family we will not be afraid of any rebuilt titles through Unique Auto LLC. Thank you again for such a deal. This year I was looking for two vehicles, one each for my wife and I. Bobby went out of his way to find them and I now have both vehicles I was looking for. Both are excellent and I haven't had any issues. Bobby was very knowledgeable on rebuilds and only sells quality cars. When I tell people they are rebuilds they can't believe it!. I saved so much money at Unique Auto and I recommend this business to everyone I know. I've always refused to buy from car lots due to the hassle and hounding. This is not the case here. Quality small dealer that I have watched move inventory rapidly and grow in the past eight or so years and had the opportunity to finally do business this past week. For a 2 guy shop they have my business and will be recommended to friends and family.
