Routine service.
Routine service. I was charged $15 for a $1 part - 15x profit is highway robbery. Total service for an oil change, some additives, inspections, and a batter was over $700! Car was returned dirtier than when it when in with oily handprints on fender and hood. If this is how careless they are why would I trust them with my engine?

Took car in for warranty repair for a common problem -
Took car in for warranty repair for a common problem - noise from timing belt tensioner. After a week and poor communication the verdict was ?they all make that noise?. Car was again returned dirtier than it when in. Ask for a call from service manager - crickets. Zero follow up!

Multiple service experiences have fallen far below
Multiple service experiences have fallen far below expectations for a premium brand at an exceptionally high price. Over $700 for an oil change. Car was always returned dirtier than it arrived with oil handprints on hood and fender. I expect more from Mercedes Benz. Very disappointed.

Regretfully, I have reached out multiple times. Calls and emails are not returned or when they finally communicate, concerns are not effectively addressed. I have requested specific people contact me and they have not including the GM and finance manager. I raised the issue with MBUSA and in my last communication with the representative she was equally frustrated with the lack of communication and response from this dealer. I will NEVER own a Mercedes Benz again because of how this dealer handles their affairs and I will be sure to let everyone know why.

I completed an online service appointment request explaining the specific issue I am experiencing with my vehicle and never got a response. I am all of a sudden getting emails from the dealership with regards to buying their vehicles. Not a great start at all.

Brought my car in so have an ignition replaced.
Brought my car in so have an ignition replaced. They had my car for three weeks once I finally did get my car back. My rear view mirror feel off on the drive home. My steering buttons no longer worked and my steering wheel was put back on crooked. Had to bring my car back after having it back for less than 12 hours. The service manager called me a liar and that my issues with my mirror falling down was ?unrelated? to the repair that they performed but they will look at my car for the steering wheel issues. After a week of getting the run around and hearing nothing concerning my comeback I had no choice but to call the corporate hotline phone number only then was my car looked at and fully corrected as it should of been the first day I picked it up.
