Have always dealt with Chrysler dealership in St Clair. Showroom is top notch and employees couldn’t be more helpful.

Service representative Dylan was fantastic. From beginning to end he treated me with dignity and respect and made sure all my questions were answered. They took in my car, set me up with a loaner and fixed my Charger as promised. From beginning to end I’m very satisfied.

They gave me red carpet service ! I will buy my next car from them.

In Sept I purchased a pre owned Corvette by phone and online. They arranged for pickup at the airport for me. I am from PA and flew in to purchase this vehicle to drive home. It was actually better than expected condition with exception of the tires which I was told (in writing by manager) were "fresh". Only to learn upon driving home 600 miles that they were 15 year old tires and needed to be replaced to the tune of $800. But that is only the beginning, I financed 1/3 of this vehicles cost, after more than a month gos by I have heard nothing from the supposed finance company regarding an account or payment. After researching "West Lake Financial" I learned that they are a horribly rated and reviewed company with a terrible consumer BBB rating. In contacting them regarding payment they had NO HISTORY of me or my social #! This is after I listed them as lien holder on my PA title transfer! So no I am in limbo while St Claire researches who actually is financing my vehicle!! Praying my credit does not get screwed up or title gets screwed up! NOT HAPPY!!!!

Service department is professional and fast. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and it was done and back to me in no time.

I have done both, had repair/ recalls done on my new vechicle & purchased a used vehicle recently.I am very happy with the service & staff.they are knowledgeable,friendly & very thorough.I choose to drive 45min. to go to St.Clair dealership even though i have a dealership that is 10 min. Away from me .just because their service & staff is wonderful & I leave there always with a great piece of mind knowing they have done a complete job & fixed my vechicle ,compared to the other dealership I've had my dealings with in the past.
