Nice SUV

Came in on the 24 the got my appointment with Liz by the way she is so cool very helpful she explained everything to me about the car she was up front on everything l like that in a saleswoman she let me test drive the Honda cvv which drove very nice the SUV was nice and clean so far everything seems to be working fine also meet the owner he was very nice l came in to early for the appointment he offered me water it was hot out yesterday and the other young lady that worked there offered me candy that was so nice it's just like family there so if you looking to get a new used ride go by CRRVA and check out the inventory THANKS CRRVAfor getting me straight ✌️ peace

No reviews in ‘20...Now I know why

Made several attempts at purchasing a vehicle advertised on CARS.COM. Drove to the dealership and no one came out to greet me. Afraid to go in bc of the beware of dog sign. Call and email was responded to the next day. Told the advertise price was for cash only although the add stated there was a discount for cash offers made before 9/25. The real price is $3000 above what’s advertised. Even if this were the last dealership on earth, I would rather drive around like Fred Flintstone then deal with the salesperson at CARRVA. And I will not use CARS.COM when searching for cars bc they allow very false advertising.

We are sorry to have missed you, K Wow! We have been SLAMMED lately, and more particularly this past week, since we were also short-handed unfortunately. COVID-19 continues to make its impact on the marketplace and we ask all of our client to be patient with us, as we navigate through these odd times and prioritize everyone's health and safety over anything else. We currently work strictly by appointments, as posted on our front door, website, and social media pages. We are in-office every day answering phone calls, setting appointments, and replying to inquiries. Most clients who come without an appointment, call us to request assistance as they -prefer to- wait outside. We are not sure how we have missed you but apologize for it anyway. We should have done better. We also do not have any dogs on the premises (only a kitty) and there is no Beware of dog sign posted anywhere, as we've just checked. You are welcome to come inside the office at anything during operating hours, as long as abiding by the COVID social distancing rules. As to our prices, they are also posted on our website rather explicitly. There is an original price and a discounted cash price. Since the latter is lower, we advertise it in our ads, and explain it in all of our vehicle descriptions. (You may have been looking for an even lower price, but our prices are haggle-free to make it more convenient for our clients and staff.)
