The very clean SUV I wanted to buy had already sold, but they were quick to communicate that, so I didn't waste a trip. I inquired about consigning my other car and they are very fairly priced. They genuinely seem to care about my business, even though the specific car I looked to buy had sold.

Never heard back from them about a car I inquired about... So bought from another dealer

David and Trevor are professional, accommodating, and very pleasant to deal with. They were honest and up front with information about the vehicle, and worked with us to make a great deal. We are delighted with the Denali we purchased from them, and feel like we made two new friends. Overall a wonderful experience.

I wish I could report that I had a good experience with this company. But just trying to get to see the vehicle that I was interested in was a waste of my time. Trevor asked me to meet him at a rest stop in a town outside of where their dealership is located and then failed to show up. He then wanted me to meet him elsewhere but didn't know what exit I should take to get to the new location. Overall if you have patience for games you might get a good deal with these guys but if you want someone that respects your time and is detail orientated, then this may not be the best place to do business with. Frustration level is very high.

These guys are fantastic! The buying process was super easy and hassle free. When I went to pick it up, it was shining in the garage cleaned and ready for me. I felt I got a great price and spectacular service. I would highly recommend Eagle Auto Consignment.
