Chasing honest, fair communication and service!

This is My 2nd BMW to get serviced here. I’ve had service on a older BMW back in 2015, Awesome team. The BMW I have now was serviced back in June of 2019, Awesome job and Awesome communication with service advisers and team then. My BMW was towed in on 9/8/22 after 5pm. Jennifer Merrifield was the service adviser, really nice when I sat and talked with Her. Morning of 9/9 Jennifer called, discussed the issue and the video was sent about 45 minutes after conversation. Fuel pump and fuel pump control module(ekpm3) needed to be replaced on My 2015 528i xdrive. I also asked could the emissions recall be done for reprogramming control units(dme). I asked how long for job to be done, I was told around the 9/17. Never heard back. WHY? I stopped into BMW on 9/19 and spoke to Connor. Connor went back and talked to parts, returned back to Me at the desk and told Me another 2-3 weeks for the fuel pump control module to come in, part back ordered. I asked if I got the part sooner could I bring it in, He said sure and also gave Me a sticky with the part number on it. I called Jennifer to confirm on 9/20 and She said it’s about 30 parts to come in ahead of mine. 10/6 car is ready, bill paid $1918.99 with Speedcheck before I pick up My car. I pick up My car on 10/6 a few lights are illuminated on the dash. ABS, Brake light, etc. that were not on before. I stop into BMW on 10/8/22 and talked to Connor, He walked out to the car with Me and saw the lights. I specifically asked could the lights that are on have anything to do with the software reprogramming and the car sitting for almost 28 days. He said He didn’t know and was going to email Jennifer and His Manager to give Me a call on Monday 10/10. I never heard back from neither. WHY? I called BMW customer relations and was told to call them or take the car back. I called BMW on 10/14, spoke to Connor re: lights and told Him Jennifer or His manager hadn’t called. He said someone would call and that they both were in the office today. Jennifer calls and says She was told when I picked up My car lights were on “YES”. I ask could it be reprogramming issue and being My car sat from 9/8/22 to 10/6/22. She said No, it’s a separate issue and scheduled a service date. WHY? Lack in customer communication and service. I work in Healthcare for over 20 Years. Before You left the office, emails and phone calls received that day were to be returned. Maybe You miss 1 call and return it the next morning. To have NO one call You back at all is unacceptable. Every customer should be treated respectfully and honestly no matter social status or class.

Great dealership to buy a BMW

I could not have been more pleased with my experience with purchasing a vehicle at Atlantic City BMW. I have been going there for my service for the last 3 years even though I had purchased the vehicle elsewhere. Every time I went there everyone and I mean everyone was helpful, polite and respectful . I did not find that to be the case where I purchased another BMW in the past. Because I found the service people had given me such a positive experience I decided that I would purchase my next vehicle there. I found that when I went to make my purchase that the sales department was terrific as well. My salesman was Mark Kaminski and he was knowledgeable, low keyed (which I appreciate ) and very much a pleasure to work with . Love my new car and a thumbs up to Atlantic Ciry BMW!

Great service advisor, quick service. Very satisfied. He was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and went into great detail explaining the rework that was done. It’s my 3rd car here.

Excellent Customer service !
