Best Car Buying Experience

I have purchased 13 vehicles over the last 14 years for one reason or another at different dealerships (almost one vehicle per year). My experience at Asheboro Dodge was THE best car buying experience ever. My salesperson, Cory Dowless, was very professional and never pressured me into making any decisions. When I offered up different offers and comparisons, Corey was patient and answered every question I had. Sales Manager Bill Bradshaw was very genuine when discussing ideas, and he made several suggestions without creating a stressful environment. It felt like I was talking with my friends or neighbor. I have great credit and even through I secured financing before my purchase, Bill offered to check additional interest rates to see if I qualified for a better rate...and I did! Saved .5% that will translate into a $1,000 savings over the life of the loan. Great team at Asheboro Dodge.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

To follow up my previous review, I went back up to the dealership on a hunch that all that oil that was in my engine was gone and I was right. I asked what happened to all the oil and T. C. Payne (the guy who said he was tired of my remarks) goes “its still there” but it has my original dipstick in it. So which was it? Wrong stick or wrong amount of oil? Either way my car is still messed up and now they’re toying with the idea that my WHOLE DASH WAS REPLACED AND MY CAR HAS MORE MILES ON IT THAN WHAT ITS READING... My other question is why if you’re seeing this from my cars PCM was this NEVER brought to my attention by ANY mechanic? T. C. Payne threatened to call the cops on me but never did as he was trying to scare me out of the building. They couldn’t return my calls, but Justin was JUST about to call me with a quote for a new engine as I walked back through the doors. Their response time is excellent when it’s money to be had. I go to get Payne’s name and he takes a step towards me almost like he’s trying to provoke a reaction. I calmly ask him not to walk up on me and he along with another Dodge employee acts like I had the problem and then tell me i have to leave. Please, for me, for your car, don’t go here.

Great place and Cory was a great help!

My car was a great fit and it's working great. Cory was great. The finance Rich also help me get approved. I will be back when ingot ready for an upgrade!.

Beware, Another bait and switch hook dealer!!!!

Contacted the Asheboro Crysler Dodge Jeep RAM Mazda dealer through their website to confirm availability for this car on 8/29/2018, and after taking my personal information, they offered to contacted me. Waited one day, and their internet sales guy called me, asking the same questions again. On 8/31/18 at 7:30 PM contacted them again through their internet chat person, and only assistance was to be called later on. On Saturday 9/1/2018 in the early morning hours, I received their call confirming that it was in their lot, and asking me to come down to see it and set up an appointment for that evening. After requesting to let me know by text just in case the car was being sold, to avoid traveling 1 hour to them. Left work and drove to the dealer, once there I was told that the car was not in their lot, and paper work was being done to sell it. I asked to just see it, and the manager wanted me to see other cars that he had already prepared for me to see. I decline his offer until seeing the this car. His story changed to "it is sold already, and the customer is gone with the car. Then he raised his voice saying that I was accusing him a lie. Furiously asked me to leave "his" dealer. Carfax with this VIN 3N1AB7AP7FY240506 can prove if this car was sold on 9/01/2018 or not. I found out that the Asheboro Honda BDC representative emailed me the same VIN number for a car that was "sold" previously with them a week before. This car ad was posted on the Asheboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram the previous week. I saved the html files and pictures for their sites. The review rules prohibits to post html, links and pictures. Please verify the Carfax history for this car. I can email you and share with you the files I have from our conversations with Asheboro dealers. Avoid yourself some pain.

Amazing service

Me and my wife bought a 2016 Jeep Renegade from Asheboro Dodge, Daquan was our salesman and basically sold us on the car with his words alone. We were still able to get the Asheboro advantage with the certified pre-owned vehicle that we bought. After we bought the car and drove it home i noticed the car made a loud roaring noise. I got out and looked at the tread on the tires and they were close to being bald. I told my wife were going to have to get new tires. we didnt have the money to buy tires at the time so we started to save. A few weeks go by and we take the Jeep to get the free oil change thanks to the Asheboro advantage. I sat in the waiting room for the Jeep to get done. about 30 minutes go by and the Manager over the Dodge place comes out and says he wants to talk to me. I start to think something is wrong with the car. I cant remember his name but he was a blonde headed guy. He tells me that it was brought to his attention that we just bought the jeep from them a few weeks ago. He told me that the Jeep should have never left the lot with those tires the way they are. I told him i know and i was saving up to buy some tires. I figured he was going to tell me that they had a deal on some tires. Instead he tells me "how about i put some brand new tires on your jeep for you". Of course my answer was yes. We scheduled an appointment for a week later and Asheboro Dodge replaced all of our tires with brand new ones as well as doing a full alignment on the car. And of course a free wash after they were done. Its service like this that makes it worth buying a car from them. I never said anything to them about needing new tires. The fact that the Manager came out and told me he was putting new tires on our Jeep for free was amazing. He did not have to do that especially since i never complained about it. I will never go to another dealership besides this one to buy a car just based on this interaction with the wonderful people at Asheboro Dodge. Thank y'all for all you do.

Awesome

I was able to purschase my very first vehicle that I wanted ! Thanks to Daquan which was great , got me in and out and helped understand everything . I will be going back to him when it’s time for another lol

Jeep Cherokee

Was in need of a new vehicle. I went to Asheboro Jeep. Daquan was who I dealt with he was absolutely fabulous the whole time. Very well pleased would definitely do business with him again.
