BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE!!!..STAY AWAY THE FIVE BROTHERS ARE NOTHING BUT BULLIES... ATTENTION!!!..., Mustafa Tashtanov And five brothers automotive sales,  My recent experience with your company is just horrendous your company is nothing but a disguise of taking advantage of people and stealing their hard-earned money.  Before I review your company everywhere I possibly can on the social network I will give you the opportunity to give me back my remaining $1,000 you stole from me.  Around March 31st I was in communication with one of your sales staff named Orlando, we made multiple messages back and forth regarding the 2010 Cadillac SRX4, Orlando informed  me because I would be picking up the vehicle approximately April 14th which is well over 2 weeks that I would have to put at least a $2,000 deposit down which I did. Also previous to that we had conversations where I requested information about the vehicle and asked him if there's anything wrong with the vehicle inside and out and to be transparent about the vehicle and he replied that the vehicle is great inside and out. I then planned a vacation around picking up this vehicle on April 14th leaving from Fort Myers Florida. Picking up the vehicle and driving all the way back to Niagara Falls Canada.  When I arrived on April 14th at approximately 8:00 a.m. there was some staff there. I did find the vehicle in the rear yard and I did notice the vehicle had not been cleaned or ready for pickup. I then inquired about when Orlando would be arriving for our 9:00 a.m. appointment that I was notified multiple times on this appointment from your system sending me messages.  After talking to a few of your staff in sales, they inform me Orlando will be running late and will be arriving shortly which he arrived approximately 9:15 a.m. In the morning. He brought the vehicle to the front parking lot and I told him I would like to take it for a test drive. During the test drive I started noticing issues with this vehicle. One major issue with this vehicle is it had an aftermarket Tesla style radio unit in it. Which eliminated The ability to use the heat and air conditioning system properly you cannot see what temperature the settings are at. You could not see if it was circulating the air or taking the air from the outside. You couldn't see the fan controls. You couldn't see if the AC was on. You couldn't see what position the vents would be blown at, it was a guessing game.  Other defects I discovered was the passenger headlight assembly had moisture in it and the bulb was not operating,  There was a believe some sort of computer module on a plastic bracket on top of the battery that was not secured properly, which to me is a issue of it shaking around and causing problems down the road.  Three of the rims had Major scuffs in them and damage  There was some sort of oil leaking in and around the power steering unit.  There was a knocking noise on the front suspension driver side.  Is this how you sell to a out-of-town person? A vehicle with all these issues not ready for pickup. Late appointment and hostile staff. I also went with a drive with one of the brothers that sat in the desk at the left corner of the sales room. And when we went for a test drive he was driving. I was in the passenger seat and he was driving the vehicle like it was a race car. It was a very scary experience only bullies act this way and that's all I felt when I was there that day. Again, I will ask you to do the right thing and to refund my remaining $1,000. If not, I will promise you I will make it my life mission to post on a weekly basis on every possible social network you are associated with My review about my horrendous experience with your company, make the right choice and return my money and show me the receipt. UPDATE: they have not replied in returning my remaining balance.

The worst experience I bought a 2012 c300 in 9/24 the car

The worst experience I bought a 2012 c300 in 9/24 the car will not even turn on now the car takes in water and it xxxxxxon the pass side where the wires are so the vehicle always shorts out I continuously get the run around someone said they would come pick it up to repair it that never happened take your business ELSEWHERE

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!! WARNING!!! They tried to sell me a broken suv!! The sales guy knew it was a lemon and never intended to disclose the truth! I found out only because the finance guy said it was in for service and not able to finish the deal. I then found out it had many issues. Im so glad I never paid them! They will sell you JUNK!! BEWARE THEY ARE LIERS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!!

Buyers beware

I purchased a car and I was treated the same as the hulk from Canton Georgia I saw the car online I came to pick up the car and the car was shaking in the front I told my salesperson and he was like shaking how I felt belittle and not heard I was also there from 11:00 to 5:00 and was not even offered a glass of water so you make your own choice but I'm telling you beware.

Great customer service

My husband and I had a very great experience with the salesman Julio, he was very attentive, knowledgeable and prompt and responding to our questions! Thank you Julio and we will see you back in November when we’re ready for the next !!!

Sleazy!

Dishonest business practices. If you are looking on Autotrader or similar online car search websites don’t waste your time. The cars aren’t even there! If you request to see them they charge a 500 deposit! They ran my credit (hard inquiry) before telling me any of this. Sleazy staff. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Crooks and lies

I have purchased a 2015 Surburban in May they told me it had transmission issues that they will replace before I come to pick up the vehicle and they also told me to lie to the lien holder so they can get the money and get a warranty on the vehicle so they can replace the transmission. They had the truck for 3 months just to replace the transmission a junkyard transmission may I add..also when I was calling to check on the progress they said that the motor had a ticking noise they wanted to repair also before giving it to me.when I picked up the vehicle in the end of july ..still had the ticking noise the transmission felt like it wanted to fall out of the truck .and the truck overheated on the way to my job the next day due to a broken thermostat housing wich they rigged.I replaced the thermostat housing and I also fixed the ticking issue that they supposed to had fixed.This truck has more issues than they said .I will not pay for 4k for a transmission that they just replaced.I returned back to them to see if they can replace the transmission again they said it will take about 3 months cause they said they are 3 months backed up on work..please don't purchase a vehicle from here or get it repaired here..they are total crooks and love to lie .. All they want is your money and thats all they dont care about your well being. Please stay away from this place

Unhappy Audi A6

These people are professional family crooks with half the smiles on their faces (literally). Me and my wife took our Audi to this location for a slow leak with our coolant reservoir. I bought a gallon of European coolant to continue topping off until the weekend to drop off the vehicle. I barley used half of the new gallons of coolant because the leak was so so slow. I pointed this out to the wolves in sheep clothings. Once the diagnosis was completed my wife and I decided to dismiss their repairs. We wanted to pick up the vehicle because the price was so outrageous. In the way leaving the five brothers trap our car diaries to over heat something awful. It never did that at all so after pulling over to use the half of gallon of coolant to only determine a hose was not put back properly. The coolant was gushing out big time all of a sudden. I guess five brothers didn’t appreciate us deciding to pick up our car after all. Our transportation never ever had problems like this upon arrival. Once five brothers discovered we were coming to pick up the vehicle and go somewhere other then THEY rigged our car for the worst to come! No legitimate help just extensive lies from their lips. The women up onto the husbands that work there are all in this together for profit. They shouldn’t be on business. STAY AWAY THEY WERE BANKING IN IS GETTING THE REPAIRS FROM THEM AT ALL COST.
