I had been looking for a truck for several months. I found Haller Wholesale and decided to inquire about one of their listings. I spoke with Ben who is very professional and easy to work with. I test drove the vehicle and purchased the truck. The F150 fit my needs and budget. Any questions or concerns I had regarding the truck were addressed to my satisfaction. I went to Charley's in Amarillo tx . I found the car I been wanting but the brakes made a noise. I didn't like after the test drive I told the young salesman there. So he said he's going to have their mechanic look at it I went back the next day to tell him I wanted the car. And I wanted to drive it again. He said no it was being cleaned so I said I want the car he said no I can't have it until tomorrow . Well I don't live in Amarillo and I was leaving that day and wanted to take the car with me he said no I couldn't do that . I explained I live 110 miles away .. I asked if Renee was another sales man I could talk to and they said no. So I didn't buy the car . I'm very disappointed

We spoke with Todd on the phone before we left home, and he not only provided valuable information about the vehicle but also agreed to hold it for us so our trip would not be wasted. Todd was completely forthcoming throughout our discussions and, in addition to an accurate assessment of the vehicle's condition, he provided us with relevant information we wouldn't have even thought to request. We made the purchase and couldn't be more pleased with it! Honesty, transparency and a fair price -- what more could you want when you're looking for a used car?

I had a great experience buying my F250 from Haller. Joe was quick to communicate and took the time to answer questions and send me more pictures I requested. Coming from Wi, I flew in and they sent a driver who was on time to pick me up. Joe handed me the keys when I got there and said go check it out. No hovering and didn’t accompany me for the test drive like other dealers. The truck did not disappoint and was as described. He worked with me on price for a couple small things that needed attention and I drove it 800 miles home without issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Good honest people.

Bought a 2015 used pick up from Todd,Fall of 2021 When we needed a work truck in fall of 2023,I called Todd and he hooked me up with a 2015 truck again.Both vehicles were extra clean,drove great and everything Todd said they were.. Todd did a great job of selling us an older, but great SUV. My stepdaughter had just moved to Oklahoma, and she needed to have reliable, economic transportation, so that she could meet her ex for visitation out of state. The Equinox drives great, looks very good for it age, and gets 30mpg highway. Thank you Todd, and the Haller group, for getting what she needed at an affordable price. Highly rec!
