Great experience for service and sales. Service manager, Evin Myrick offered exemplary customer service not often seen anymore. He went above and beyond for me, Sales- Marty Gunter made a new purchase seamless. I highly recommend Crossroads Ford in Southern Pines for all auto needs

I leased a new Electric vehicle from this dealer.

I leased a new Electric vehicle from this dealer. It qualified for a federal incentive of $7500.00. I reached out to the dealership a few months after I took delivery when I realized the form I needed to claim the incentive was not with my paperwork. It took multiple calls and e-mails before someone named Dave called me to explain the dealership was trying to correct the issue. Dave said he would get back to me to discuss a resolution. That was over a month ago. Nobody has contacted me. The dealer was supposed to register the sale with the IRS so the credit could be claimed when I filed my tax return. They never filed for it and now I can not claim the credit. The only thing the dealer needed to do was file the sale with the IRS. This would have cost them nothing. Because of their lack of being able to follow this process I am out a considerable amount.
