Overall went really well!

Overall went really well! Everyone was nice and helpful! They were able to get me in the car I wanted in no time! They worked with me on the whole process and was able to accomplish the goal

The service department is great and have been very

The service department is great and have been very helpful. But… The sales team is a load of bull. My trucks transmission went out a few weeks ago and I had it towed up to be worked on. While waiting to see if ford would cover the fix I went ahead and started asking for numbers on a possible trade in as I need a vehicle quickly. I talked to a sales man, told him my situation and told him multiple times I was ok with doing a “soft pull” just to see if there was even a possibility to get approved with my recovering credit. He reassured me three separate times that it would not hit my credit and was “just to see what we were working with”( my mistake for trusting him I guess ). I then got a notification from Credit Karma that there had been a hard pull on my account. I then flagged our sales man down and asked him why they had done a hard pull after reassuring me three times that it would not hit my credit. He said “ there is no such thing as “soft pull” ( even though that was the exact words he originally used) and that they had to hit my credit “to see what it was at”. I expressed my concern about both the lies and the fact that it will now show up in my credit history but reluctantly agreed to move forward to look at what trade in price and rates would be since the “damage was done”. While waiting on a trade offer to come in I got a notification that they had done THREE MORE HARD PULLS with out my consent on my credit and said they where “trying to find me a good rate” and that “ because they are doing it in one location that it would not affect my credit” (which I knew was xx), at that point I was beyond xxxxxx off but stupidly stayed another few minutes to see what they would buy my truck back for, which actually was a reasonable price considering the current issue. I then left hoping my fragile credit would not take any long term damage but sadly a few days later I now see that my report is still showing three hard hits, which is the average expected number for a whole year, and my score went down, and to make it worse in my experience and research that will take at least a year, probably two, for that to come off my report. As a local full time first responder and part time service member I am extremely disappointed in these people and their intentional deceit. I am going to take a copy of these above statements and screen shots I have to the BBB and credit agencies but I’m sure at this point there is nothing to be done.

Great experience. 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Jeff Smith Ford. My boyfriend also purchased his truck from them, great quality vehicles! If I purchase another vehicle, it will be with them!

Great job getting the bite marks out of my truck fender,

Great job getting the bite marks out of my truck fender, I can't even see where the damage was! Outstanding customer service! They worked around my schedule for drop off/pick up, maintained clear communication and were friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came to Jeff Smith Ford to look at a particular vehicle. Tanner approach us as we pull in. He was very helpful in getting us the information that we needed for this vehicle. We had not planned to purchase a vehicle that day, but found ourselves getting a good deal for our vehicle to trade in. The buying process was so easy. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating.
