Tom's Auto Sales West

Sales would not negotiate on price of a vehicle at all. Finance said they would call us back and never did. A week later they dropped the price $2,000 on the same vehicle.

I bought a car three years ago. Low miles ,drove for 22, 000.. had 44,000... They told me it was a boxcar and it wasn't worth what I owed on it.. so I went to Nissan's used car lot and they gave me $3,500 over what I owed on it.. turned in gap insurance for a partial refund with these guys.. took a month and a half only to be told that the check has been cashed already.. wanted proof so I walked into their place of business and I get two pieces of paper one showing a mailing address on a envelope and one showing the front of the check but no signatures or the back of the check.. asked where the cancelled check was .. I told them that they were scamming me.. and called them thieves and was told to leave as they were going to call the cops.... They got caught trying to rip me off ... So they called later and said they had a check ready and that the check had not actually been cashed .. funny how the story changed.. they have lost my business ,I will never go back.. I hate liars and thieves.. I wonder how many other people have fallen into this gap trap..

I worked with Joe and Matt, buying a car with a limited income in a hurry due to my old one being destroyed when someone ran a stoplight. They couldnt have been more helpful and friendly, made me comfortable and I got a great deal, they handled the necessary repairs and services and almost two years later she still runs like a dream. I will definitely be making them my first stop for any other vehicle purchases. The atmosphere here is great.

Over the weekend I went to purchase a vehicle from Tom's, this was a first time for me going there. I'm usually pretty anxious before going to look at cars with that feeling like the sales people are on you and pressuring you but it was not like that here at all. I felt very comfortable as soon as we got there. There were a few people working and you can tell that they really enjoy what they do. It was a friendly, easy going environment yet professional. From the test drive to signing the paperwork the entire process was super easy and fun. We worked with Joe B, he was awesome! The air conditioning wasn't as cold as it normally would be and even though we purchased the vehicle he made sure that we were able to get that taken care of under their expense. I love my car and I will definitely be back for future purchases.

They made the buying experience great for me as a first time car buyer. Couldn’t ask for more personal people and better service. Ask for joe when you get there.

Joe bisignano is a good salesman. He took care of the repairs that needed done after my purchase. Credit application was easy and expedient. Facility was clean and organized.

They were so helpful and so polite and was willing to assist me in all my stressful wants of a used or new vehicle. I can't wait to go back and pick out the beauty I want..

Everyone was very helpful, Matt, who we assumed was the manager, seemed to have a great team. He seemed to trust his team to do a good job and that they also respected what he had to contribute. Looking forward to coming back!

Joe Bisignano is the xxxxxx who manages this lot of overpriced cars and his salesmen don’t like to “play these games” (negotiate on the over-priced vehicles on their lot). The truck I was looking at was priced in at the high end of blue book value with paint chipping off all of the wheel wells, paint missing and rust below the drivers door and an over-zealous undercoating job. (the black undercoating was all over the red paint of the vehicle around the wheel wells, looks like whoever did that job might have had a few drinks beforehand!) The AC compressor was ticking like a time bomb, but they were unwilling to come down from the high end of blue book value! Avoid this place if you value your money.
