Great people to work with. Very nice and professional. Would recommend them to anyone. Had been keeping an eye on their lot for a while until I found the car I was looking for. Each time we visted they were courteous and full of information regarding their vehicles.

Drove 200 miles to smile!!!!

I had been looking months for an LS430 Lexus that had to be #1 in my price range, #2 good condition, and #3 with navigation. I found some with 1 and 2 but most with 3 were higher than I was willing to spend. I found a black one at car hunters and it was exactly what I wanted. I got my friend who lives in Mt.Juliet already to go check it out. He went up there and they told him it was in Bowling Green, Ky to be sold to another customer. I was called a couple days later and was told they had it. I was told the other customers insurance didn't come through. Which put up a red flag in my mind... But when I drove up the following weekend sure enough it was there in all its beautiful black glory. I got to the lot and a salesman greeted me and I told him what I was looking at. He immediately went back in, got the key and said go ahead. We operate on the honor system here. Probably cause I drove a newer, more expensive Lexus up there but nonetheless I took off with a smile. My friend and I drove about 20 minutes or so on the street and the highway. The car is a 2005 with 145k but drove like a 2015 with 45k. I was sold but they passenger side rear view mirror was missing. I was assured by Corey that he would order me a mirror and send to my home in Memphis immediately upon closing the deal. Low and behold a week later my mirror came via UPS and I couldn't be happier. Besides a few knick knack issues the car is almost perfect. I am extremely happy with Car Hunters and will be back in the future. Ohh yea don't forget Corey about that TITANS game...!!!!!!

Excellent price and service

I bought a great low mileage used Nissan Rouge. Mike & Corey took care of everything within an hour. They dropped the price like I asked. Enjoyed the whole experience. Great service, I highly recommend. I will definitely be back as well as recommend to all my friends.

Trust your gut

Seemed to be low pressure sales with little to no willingness to negotiate price. CarFax did not reflect existing damage on vehicle. Facilities had a child-friendly area.

why you should take your business somewhere else

Let me start out by saying that a lot of my family work in some form or fashion in the car industry. My dad is a finance manager at one of the biggest Ford lots in Southeast Texas and has been in the car business for over 30 years and my uncle works for Manheim (car auction) and has been in the car industry for 15 years, and this is just to scratch the surface. I am obsessed with cars and am only 25, but have owned 7 cars already. I know the process and I know a good car lot when I see one. This is one of them. I have a lot of friends and family who have worked with/shopped/ or bought from this car lot and all of them agree they have a decent selection and are over priced (like all car dealerships) but not quite as bad as most. They also have clean southern owned cars on their lot which means no rust so that is good and that is why I wanted to buy from them. With ALL that being said this is my AWFUL experience with Car Hunters LLC. I was interested in purchasing a 2006 Toyota 4-runner with roughly close to 103,000 miles on it. They were asking 12,490 for it which is a decent price especially in the area, but I researched for a solid week and found 17 Toyota 4- runners with significantly less mileage and they were cheaper (as in all around 10,000-12,000) BUT, they were all out of state. NOW I understand a few of these SUV's could be from the north so there could be rust and wear involved, that this car does not have because it is from the south. Nevertheless, I felt like my offer of 11,000 out the door was extremely fair. I discussed it with my dad who does what Corey (car hunters extremely unprofessional finance manager) does for a living and he did his research and said I could ask even less, but I told him I liked the guys at this lot and that I did not want to low-ball them. This car on August 1st had been sitting on their lot for 6 weeks this would not be ok at a corporate lot, but since they are independently owned and operated I guess they have all the time in the world to sit on this car. It is now August 18th and they have still not sold this car. They have lowered the price 300 dollars... although Corey told me they couldn't get me out the door for lower than 13,490 which is extremely insulting since that is not even a penny off the asking price, which they now have lowered 300 dollars. When I told Corey my offer he told me I was crazy and stood up and started crinkling and balling up my paperwork to throw in the trash... This was so unprofessional and rude that I just told Corey we did not have a deal and walked out. I have never in my life been handled this unfairly and this disrespectfully at any car lot I have ever worked with (which has been quite a few). I have talked to many people in the car business since this happened to me because I was so shocked and they all agreed that Corey was/is just waiting for someone who does not know anything to buy this car. I was not that person so I guess this is how you get treated when you try to negotiate at this lot. I am not big on leaving reviews and I am not big on complaining because everyone has bad days and it is not fair to judge off of one single experience, but this was absolutely ridiculous/disrespectful behavior and I am writing this to tell people to beware of people like Corey in the car business.

Amazing Customer Service, Amazing Process!

Car buying can be tough but CarHunters makes the process simple. They care about their customers, and pay attention on the front end to make sure that you purchase a car that fits want and need. We bought a 2013 Ford Escort with 33K miles. Got a great price and a great quality car. Corey, Mike and Tommy are a joy to work with. Thanks guys for a great car buying experience.

Not Impressed

Couldn't get help online through email about a car they had. Took them 2 weeks to get some pictures up. Red flags there, will go elsewhere.

Sweet Deal!

I bought the prettiest and cleanest Lexus RX 350 from this dealership. I thought the dealer and his associates were very nice to work with. I was in and out within an hour. They got me the lowest financing and I was pretty happy with my trade-in value. The car I purchased was priced very well for as clean as it was. I would recommend this dealership. Friendly, honest and great customer service!

Great Experience Buying a Used Vehicle

What can I say... My wife and I had a spectacular experience buying a car from them. Corey and Brian were both amazing to work with. They were both extremely helpful and we never felt any negative pressure in any way. They turned a process that I absolutely can't stand into one that was enjoyable for me. Thanks to you all!

CAR BUYING AS IT SHOULD BE

Folks, this is how the car buying process should work everywhere. We purchase a 2008 Mazda CX-9 and could not be happier with the car or the experience with Cory and his team at Car Hunters. They have an excellent selection of quality used cars and trucks that are well-serviced and priced fairly. They offer tremendous value, and isn't that what you want? You don't want to overpay, nor do you want "cheap." I'm that guy who has buyers remorse about everything - I can't spend $1.50 on a candy bar and not regret it 10 minutes later. But I can honestly say that we enjoyed buying this car, and I will definitely see Cory again when I am in the market for the next one. Not low-pressure, but a no pressure, consultative approach at Car Hunters. They offer options for financing, but they don't push you in any direction. You're not going to pay junk fees or be encouraged to buy warranties and stuff you don't need. Come here and get the car you want at a good price. How confident am I in these guys? I would absolutely send my mom, my sister, or my grandma to buy a car here. So if you are anywhere within driving distance of Mount Juliet, TN, do yourself a favor and check out these guys before you buy your next used car. Chances are you'll do like I did and drive away in your new car thinking how smart you are...
