When we went to Gates Auto Outlet, it was a welcoming atmosphere, everyone was nice. Cory Conrad went above and beyond helping me and my son, when we were shopping for a car very knowledgeable. We bought the car in March and I didn't realize they had lock on them. I didn't have a key and Cory came by to assist me and this morning he called to make sure that I was taken care of. Drove 173 miles with a mechanic (who I paid $150) to look at what was suppose to a car in great shape. When we got there the thing had dent and dings all over it the inside was filthy and the car had been wrecked and poorly repaired. they tried to tell me that they did not know it had been wrecked because the carfax did not show it as being wrecked. Any one opening the hood should be able to tell by a the over spray that this car had had front end damage. Do no waste your time with these people. they wasted 8 hours of my time and $150.00 of my money and then wanted me to look at other cars they had. RIGHT!!
