My best used car dealership visit :)
I visited Premiere Motorsports dealership today, after a research on cars.com, for a used Mini I?m interested buying. They have one, and I like it a lot. I got the chance to meet with Chris (the business owner) and Steve (his right hand guy). You will want to read the 5stars reviews that all the other clients left for them. They are truly amazing, honest and friendly, and they know their cars. They have the patience and knowledge to answer everything you ask them. I?m still researching for other cars (Fiat500 vs Mini), but I hope I can make up my mind quickly and get back to Premiere, and buy the car I like at the right price. I?ve purchased my own cars in the last 15 years from new and used car dealerships, and BY FAR this was the right place and the right people to talk and deal with. If you are looking to buy a car, check their website inventory, give them a call, and stop by their place. It is worth a drive and a drive test. Now I know where to stop first when looking for a new family weekend fun car.

I was recently in a car accident and my car was a total loss so I needed a new one fast! I was looking for something affordable and reliable and Premiere Motorsports couldn't have been a better fit for me. They had a huge selection with many different options. Chris and Kevin were extremely helpful with the entire process and they found the perfect car for me. The entire process was quick and simple. I am now a proud new owner of an Audi A4!

Got The Tahoe I was Looking For
Was looking for a particular year Tahoe Z71 found it on line at Premiere. Worked out a deal with Kevin, Chris took care of the paperwork right away with no delay. The next day my transporter was there picking it up and I got it the following day. All in all everything went smooth and quickly with no hassles.

Great service and awesome prices
Brought my Envoy in for a break change. The price they offered me was 30% cheaper than the next best deal, service was done fast and not only did they change my breaks but they even cleaned my car and gave it a good wash and shined my tires. Very happy with the service. Guys were top notch!

Future returning customer
Had a great experience with Premiere. Bought a 2006 Lexus GX 470 and couldn't be happier. Was shopping around for a while and couldn't find a better deal. Chris and Kevin where both easy to work with and made my experience that much better. I liked the fact that they where more about the customer then just making a sale. Unlike big dealers where they are pushy. Will definatly go back for my next car purchase and refer to any looking to purchase a car.

Very bad experiences
Just bought a used 2008 mini cooper a week ago. The car was not ready at the purchase date because the ECU needed to be replaced/reprogrammed and the repairing took another week, (so I had to rent a car for another weekend). Kevin said he wanted make everything perfect before passing it to me, which I trusted. I also asked him whether there was any problem happened to this car, he said no, and I trusted him again. Then things begin to turn wrong after I drove it home. The car becomes significant sluggish at low speed, and does not transmit well at high speed. Then, after just ONE WEEK usage, I have to sent it other dealer for a full check. Initial investigation shows the car might have had a water damage, also the transmission has problem. Now I have to wait another week to get everything repaired, costing lots of money and precious time! Even after informed the situation to Kevin, he just keeps saying sorry but did nothing. (I know I have signed the 'AS IS' disclosure to waive the responsibility of the dealer.). But this is simply not the right way to do business. Given that this is my first experience of buying a car, I would say I should not have naively trusted them.

Nan, I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your buying experience. We did exactly what we said we were going to do for you as far as the Mini cooper transmission ECU reflash went. We took the car to a company that reflashed it and it was done and the car drove out fine. Now please recall that your purchase included a THREE YEAR Extended Warranty from us to FULLY cover yourself in case anything in your car, or any mechanical component stopped working. Therefore, having your warranty cover you for this and any other issues you will have in the following THREE years! I understand you may not fully be aware of this, but we did what we said we would, with receipts for proof and anything furthermore was simply not our responsibility. I'm sure a you wrote this review while you were angry, however I'm certain that you are enjoying you mini cooper convertible now in this Chicago Sun! Have a wonderful day!
Top Notch Sales & Service Experiences. THE BEST!!
Been looking for a reliable, affordable work truck for my company for some time. I came across a nice truck that Premiere Motorsports had listed. My whole car buying experience from start to finish was smooth. From the pictures on the inter web. To Kevin my salesman coming to my house and picking me up do to my current vehicle not running. To Chris giving me / getting me the best deal that he could do on my trade in (NOT RUNNING), The loan process we super easy. They even fixed the A/C before the truck left which is un heard of in the car business. Thanks Premiere Motorsport, Kevin, Chris for helping me and getting me on the road again. Great Experience, Smooth Transaction
I had the best experience at Premiere Motorsports. Chris & Kevin are both extremely knowledgeable and were able to get me in a car that was within my budget without any pressure. Even though they close at 6pm, Kevin was still able to meet me at 8pm due to my work schedule. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends and use them in the future for service.

F+ service
car is horrible the day after I got it the battery had a drain and the transmission needed to be rebuilt. service was horrible. Chris and kevin did not help me at all prices are to high and they are very mean to there customers do not buy from this company. facilities are horrible garbage on floor in bathroom and bathroom is very dirty would never go back there ever again

I came to Premiere Motorsports to test drive a Mercury Sable . I met Kevin great guy with a wonderful personality. I was looking for a car with a price range that I had in mind. He was so respectful and didn't try to show me cars above my budget or try to pressure me to buy a car. I told Kevin it was a long day and just needed some time to think it over. He was understanding and gave me his card and said I can call him. He was so delightful and gave me 100% customer service . I left and decided to go back and buy the Mercury Sable that's when I met Chris. Chris is such a down to earth guy. He was so kind and easy to talk to. He made the paper work fast and friendly. I am very happy with my car purchase and if I ever need another car I know I am calling Chris and Kevin. Thanks you so much Kevin and Chris!!!
