They were very friendly. I didn?t have to haggle on price. They got all the paperwork done and ready quickly. I drove off the lot with my new Wrangler in about 2-1/2hours.

I was not communicated with or replied to in timely
I was not communicated with or replied to in timely manner. Employees were nonchalant and uninterested because I was a woman. I was told my car needed work. And it didn't. 100 miles in gas was driven out when I got my car back.

Had a recall issue, took my truck to the service
Had a recall issue, took my truck to the service department @ Newnan Peachtree Dodge took the truck in quickly and finished maybe 30 - 45 minutes to fix.

Super easy to work with. Polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. My salesperson (Damian) was awesome. He was able to answer every question we had, and he went out of his way to make everything as easy as possible.

I had the check engine light on due to the auto cut off
I had the check engine light on due to the auto cut off switch didn?t realize they had rebuilt the motor it took almost 3 weeks just glad I had the extended warranty it covered more then half the bill but Preston the service manger told me it would take sometime to fix he did keep me up to date what was going on I appreciate that thank you
