They sold me a truck in very bad condition, the vehicle was returned and fortunately the finance company terminated the contract but by law they have to return my 2500 paymet in addition to having done so many things wrong in my contract that I was not even aware of it. communicate to get my money back and they just hang up on me

After hearing all the rumors I decided to buy a car from this place. And not a cheap car so that I can write my assessment fairly. The owner Tony is a true character. He lies about the free plates. He simply dont charge you up front. You just pay double and a late fee when you renew them. And you wont get your title until you pay the fee. His cars are not clean. He ignores the problems and hope you dont see them until after you get it home. His mechanics are simple alley mechanics. They do bad work. They often say they fix things but cause other proplems by not putting the vehicles back together properly. And they often cause body damage while trying to fix the problem. His vehicles look good online but inperson they are rusty or the paint is bubbling. The first thing you will notice is how packed his lot is. Hes not selling many cars because he's trying to sell at a premium, but they are not. Dirty interiors that havebeen vacuumed, not cleaned. Broken molding clips. So parts that supposed to snap off, have been glued back in place. Tightly packed lot means your car will have a lot of door dings and scratches. And did i mention under car extream frame rust. Even if he says he will fix the issues, his team aren't professional. You might as well do the work yourself. A very dishonest practice. Hes been in the industry long enough To screw you over on the back end wether you pay in full and especially if you finance from him. This is a half xxx dealership. But most of these dealerships are half-xxx in that area. I sooke to 43 people that purchased cars from him over the years. And they all have the same problem that they was lied to by the owner. I even had to follow the history of the cars he has. And most cane fron auctions at a fraction of what he wants. Like the Cadillacs on his lot that was purchased for less than $3k but he advertised at $20k. then claimes hes not getting much from the sale. I'm writing this so you don't get taken advantage of. Not only was i buying a car but i also wanted to see how thorough his repair team was.

My daughter and I drove 1.5 hours to see a 2012 Rav4 they had, were a but concerned about buying a used auto in Chicago. Christian sold us the car and they detailed it too. Our mechanic gave it a check and all good. She drove it back to Denver no problems. Agnes mailed her the title promptly. The price on car was less then others we were looking at. We are very satisfied with Western Auto Sales.

The staff there made it the whole process quite fast, considering the fact that usually dealerships usually take forever. I have three small kids that were there with me, fussy and all, the owner joked with them and made gave them games to play with. Small things, but considerate.

I always liked German cars, namely the ever popular BMW. I really didn't want to pay full price for brand new one. I stumbled upon their website that I've seen somewhere on Face Book. They had a few BMW that I liked. I ended up getting beautiful blue bird I liked the minute I tested it. I also got financed through the bank they work with. My down payment was low and now I drive the BMW from my dreams. Overrated? BMW? Not for me. I love my car and I have Western Star to thank for that.
