Next!!!!

Over priced, they make promises to fix things and never follow through. The warranty they offer is complete trash, and they slip on extra money and pretty much restructured the whole deal from what was discussed

AVOID THIS PLACE!

AVOID THIS PLACE! I bought a vehicle from here and it was an absolute nightmare. The guy who runs the place, Romy, was the WORST. He has the worst customer service and he cannot stop lying. It's been over 20 days and our transaction is STILL NOT COMPLETE! The vehicle was supposed to be delivered to me and it took one entire week to do so, after numerous times of Romy telling me that it would be delivered "in the morning" then "the afternoon" and later "that evening", then next day and so on and so on and so on. He was FULL of excuses too, it was ridiculous. So many broken promises and guarantees, what a joke. Not A SINGLE THING HE SAID WAS TRUE, EVER! Then he said he would refund my down payment for all the trouble, well, 20 days later and still no refund. Again, plenty of excuses he has, none of them acceptable or believable. Same thing with sending me the new plate, "it'll be there tomorrow, i promise", for days it went on like that. Same thing with him sending over the service contract info, it was like pulling teeth to get him to do his job. This guy wasted several days of my life and work with his lies and empty promises. Even the car itself had issues that seemed slight but ridiculous when viewed with all of the other BS surrounding the deal. For example, delivered with empty tank of gas, no floor mats and was even missing all 4 valve stem caps for the tires. I took screenshots of our entire back-and-forth conversations and it reads like a horrible joke... This guy is bad news and I wish I had never dealt with him.

Shady dealership

Jason Katz was the salesperson he is sneaky and he lies don't go there they put a power train warranty on and put a new cluster on and the new cluster don't work and the mileage is wrong

Beware....

Purchased F-350 King Ranch DRW from Jason. Asked multiple times for them to do basic service on transmissions and differentials. They refused and said that mechanic did thorough look over. Front differential, (ring, pinion, bearings), hub, axle shaft bearing, and obviously 4WD all failed less than 3000 miles from purchase due to mud and water inside which they never noticed or caught. Wish I could attach a picture. Definitely never serviced vehicle properly in spite of recommended service intervals. EGR Cooler also plugged within same time frame - along with driveline u joints that failed and froze. Needed $7000 in work. Truck was driven hard off road prior to purchase without any service and/or involved in a flood. Even the most basic items like the fuel filters never were serviced. Ford recommends fuel filters be changed every 22k. The fuel filter on frame was dirty and nasty - probably hadn't been changed in a very long time. Definitely not at my purchase. Had to call multiple times to get license plate as they never sent out.... finally received after temp tags expired.

Beat everyone's deal!

After searching 2 weeks for a replacement truck I stumbled upon A1 through the Carfax website. I couldn't make a deal that I liked at any of the big dealers and all the trucks were higher mileage and older. These guys are carfax certified so there was no guess work involved AND they sold me a NEWER vehicle, with lower miles, and at a better price than any Chrysler/Ford/Chevy dealer I visited! I wish I didn't waste 2 weeks, this shoulda been my first stop. Great rides, great prices, great guys. Thanks a bunch, saved my butt in crunch time!

A1 went above and beyond!!

Filled out the online app , Called me within 10 minutes after I submitted it . We scheduled a day to come in and look for a truck . Romy and Jason went above and beyond to get us approved with very affordable monthly payment on a great newer truck with low miles . They didn't pressure us at all, Explained everything very well. Thanks to Steve also for letting us take our time test driving to make sure we were comfortable with the truck..... Would definitely recommend A1 Motors to everyone.... Marty & Dawn

Over and Above Customer Service - Worth the Drive!

We truly felt like they cared about what they were selling us and got us an incredible deal on a much newer truck then we ever thought we would qualify for. We never felt judged given our past credit history. Thanks to Romy for "going up to bat" for us, Jason for help with our trade in and with the financing and to Steve for the extra ride around the block, just to make sure we were happy. They made sure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction and there was never any pressure. We highly recommend A1 Motors, you won't be disappointed!
