Hands down the best customer service! I took my car in for a recall on the fuel pump (2018 Honda Accord). I encountered a very nice guy by the name of Makhell, I hope I spelled his name correct. He made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. Including transportation home & back while my car was being serviced. He updated me on what was going on which was a plus. He has a very positive attitude and he’s a pretty funny guy..lol. What would have normally been a stressful event for me, was made smooth sailing because of Makhell! He’s my go to guy whenever I need to visit this dealership again.
